1 did seem a bit harsh as the major issues were only present 50% of our time. Things started badly when we arrived with a reservation and were shown to our room, it hadn't been cleaned, the sheets had yet to be changed and the previous occupants rubbish was in the room. We had to wait for the cleaner to...

Large, clean and efficiently-run hostel with rooms and dormitories surrounding a lush tropical inner courtyard draped with hammocks. Staff at the desk a little curt, but a team of cleaners work round the clock to keep the hostel in tip-top shape. Unlimited delicious pancakes, bananas and coffee served at breakfast time and bonus points given to a small swimming pool...

I stayed in this hostel for two nights a few days ago and had a great time. The way the hostel is set up makes it easy to meet fellow travellers and they also set up day trips and have free water refills (a big deal in Nica) and a convenient drink purchasing system. Also the hostel is in a...

I stayed in Hostel Oasis for two nights. It is located near the main attractions in Granada. The hostel has good common areas: a garden, swimming pool and computers, and it is full of backpackers what creates a nice atmosphere. There is wifi in the common areas. It rarely works inside the rooms. I booked a single room with shared...

This place is an oasis in the crowded city o Granada. As soon as you enter the door there is a nice atmosphere. There is a chilling pool and hammocks. You can refill your water and even cook if you want to. The beds are ok.

There are big plusses about this hostel. First of all, the staff is really nice and they work really hard. Management, please give a compliment to the women, they were great. The facilities in this hostel were very good as well. Free coffee, water, phone calls, towels, breakfast (although the pancakes were quite dry the 4 mornings we had them),...

A few issues with the room and cleanliness initially but all was resolved by the owner the following day. She clearly takes pride in her hostel. The breakfast was included in the price which was a nice surprise... freshly cooked pancakes!! Delicious! The pool was also very nice.

I loved this hostel. I met amazing so many people there, the vibe is so relaxed yet enthralling that I had a tough time leaving. One of my favorite hostels ever. I ended up staying there 17 nights. The prices are good, the dorms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the lockers were large. The pool is really cool...

This hostel apparently has a policy of not letting Central Americans to stay in. I've been recommending this hostel to a lot of foreign friends and models before (since I am a professional photographer), but every time I try to stay in they say to me: 'we are full'. According to clerks from other hostels in town, this is a...
