We love this guesthouse - it's centrally located, quiet, beautiful and clean. There are so many things to mention - from the hospitality to the free homemade pancakes for breakfast every day, the great recommendations of Gerry and the refreshing beautiful pool in the yard! They offer free water, cereals, popcorn, coffee, tea and bikes. We had to extend our...

We arrived late in Managua from the UK via Houston and we're met by a taxi driver organised by Gerry the owner and great host to take us straight to Casa Del Agua. Nothing was too much trouble and he put us in a gorgeous room looking down on the pool. A couple of chilled beers ( with an honesty...

We stayed two nights in casa del agua and loved it! The location is perfect to discover the city, the rooms are very clean, there is a kitchen and a welcoming common area. Gerry, the owner is a great host, offers free advise and sometimes pancakes and really cares about his lovely place!

Very good accommodation with a very friendly host who has a lot of information and capability to book you on all kinds of trips. The kitchen/living area makes it very personal and easy to meet people. Also it is right in the centre of town so everything is really close.

The highlight is the host, Gerry, who - like all good Irishmen - is a good laugh! He really goes out of his way to look after his guests and we basically followed...

We completely enjoyed our stay at Casa del Agua. Gerry made us feel very welcome and had a lot of useful information on the local area; guided tours, hot spots, restaurants, and places to avoid. It is located right next to everything. Bikes are available to be used whenever and we took them up to the gorgeous cemetery to the...

We loved this place and stayed about a week while we found an apartment in Granada. The owner, Gerry, is very friendly and always had free coffee in the morning and popcorn in the afternoon. Use of the kitchen was encouraged, and it was easy and convenient. The pool was clean and refreshing. Gerry is very helpful and full of...
