The location is excellent, near the center of the city. The hotel itself is lovely with a small pool for the hot days! There is a kitchen with coffee every morning, and you can make whatever you want. There are also bikes, which you may want to ride to visit the isletas in Granada. The owner is great, very knowledgeable... More

Friends of ours raved about this place when we told them we were visiting Granada. After checking out their site and others in Granada, we went with Casa del Agua. Gerry was easy to reach by email and always responded promptly and honestly. The layout of the home centered around a courtyard with a pool reminded us of the riads... More

Located just steps from the Central Plaza and all the great restaurants and nightlife of Granada. The pool is the perfect place to cool off from the Nicaraguan heat during the day. We paid for the AC and it was worth it to us. Gerry is a most gracious host with a wealth of recommendations that you should pay attention... More

You can book a room with your eyes closed. Only a few steps away from the center, rooms are wide and clean. The very gentle owner provides you with litterally all the information you need! A romantic place with nice and quiet pool in the center of the hotel.

Our room at Casa Del Agua was nice, large & very comfortable. There was a breeze coming across our room, a ceiling fan and a plug in fan. It was so comfortable that we didn't even turn on the regular fan (amazing considering the crazy hot temperatures in Nica). The bathroom sparkling and had consistent hot water. The pool was... More

We had perfect stay here in the spacious balcony room. The communal area with a large kitchen is very nice, and so is Gerry, the friendly owner of Casa del Agua. He can give you all kind of information about excursions, restaurants, etc. The location is unbeatable, just a block from the main square. Highly recommended! Don't forget to have... More

Our family (me, my wife, and 5 year old daughter) had a great stay at Casa del Agua. The owner Gerry was extremely polite and very personable. Our 5 year old daughter really enjoyed his company :). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There is Pali supermarket a few blocks away which came in handy to buy food... More

Casa del agua is located in the heart of Granada. It has a nice pool and a big shared kitchen. All outside. Free water and coffee. Because of the shared space you get in contact with others very easily. The owner, Gerry, is relaxed and very helpful as for the staff. I stayed with a friend in a room upstairs,... More

Granada was our first stop in Nicaragua, and we were a little apprehensive at first. Gerry, the Irish owner of Casa Del Agua made us feel extremely comfortable immediately. He showed us where it was safe to go at night, and where not to go, as well as providing us with information about day trips in and around Granada, where... More
