This hotel was so wonderful! My husband and I stayed in Granada for a few nights of our honeymoon. Here at this hotel we stayed in a beautiful room with a full bathroom and a nice little balcony for only $65/night. There was also a small kitchenette in our room. The women at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. They helped us to book some tours around Grenada. If you go for a visit, make sure to have them call their tour guide, Giovanni, and book a tour. He is AMAZING! He took us to see the Masaya volcano and we had so much fun on our tour that we booked him again for a tour of Los isletas the next day. (Highly recommend Giovanni's your of los isletas! It was our favorite part of our trip). Giovanni is friendly and so, so, knowledgeable about all of Granada and the history. He also took us to a cigar factory, which was super cool. He does pretty much any type of tour you might be interested in around Granada, so be sure to book a tour with him!…

We stayed here for two days and had a great time ! - The rooms were clean and well maintained. - The location is pretty spot on - most attractions/eateries are walkable from here. If you get a car along , they have a person watching the cars (for extra charge) . - Great breakfast options every morning . - Amazing, amazing staff- super friendly , accommodating , attentive and make all the difference to the place. - Great with recommendations for things to do, tour guides to take and advice on ball park prices too. We totally enjoyed our stay here and were well taken care of. Will most definitely recommend !

Enter a magical colonial hotel where you have breakfast in the morning (included) on a patio with a lush garden and the owners of the hotel regularly visit with guest. The staff is helpful, calling to make reservations for tours, and speak English with ease. The location is walking distance to good restaurants, the central plaza, and Lake Nicaragua. A wonderful place to stay!

I just spent 14 days at the hotel Casa San Francisco and every days was perfect. I have been lucky enough to stay at this hotel many times and it never disappoints . The staff are exceptional and provide all that is needed for transportation to tourist sites and will call locations to confirm reservations. The breakfast is amazing and I claim the best Greek yogurt I have ever tasted. Don't miss the Sunday eggs benedict. Rooms are clean and most have a small balcony or outside porch.

I love this hotel a lot! I stayed here for 2 nights last December and I was so glad that i chose Casa San Francisco as my last stop in Nicaragua to make the trip a perfect ending. This place has all the colonial charm as the city Granada offered. The room was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The one i booked comes with a kitchen and patio. I really enjoyed the quiet time and privacy having beer and grilled chicken as my last dinner on the patio, though a cat just happened to walk by on the rooftop and look at me with a surprising face :-) I loved the breakfast place by the garden. I like to see some greens feeling like i am still connecting to the nature even in the city and that was why i chose to stay in Casa San Francisco. They has several options for breakfast and can also customize if you want a bit different. The owner and staff are very friendly and would try their best to offer you the best experience in the hotel or the city. I booked day tour through the hotel. The price was reasonable and the guide was very nice. And the location of this hotel is great and convenient to walk to several nice restaurants and main plaza. I can't recommend more and I would definitely to stay at Casa San Francisco again if I come back to Granada. …

Casa San Francisco was in a great location for all our needs, it's a lovely colonial hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool to cool off and relax in plus the bar (not owned by the hotel) annexed to the lobby serves some really good cocktails plus snacks. Good selection of breakfast (included in price), recommend the huevos rancheros 😋

Casa SanFrancisco was a wonderful place to stay in Granada. It was centrally located to many attractions, but a few blocks away from the late night noise and bar scene. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. The breakfast had numerous delicious option to choose from. There was a small bar attached to the hotel which offered dinner options as well. We can't say enough about how helpful the staff and owners were to all who stayed at the hotel.

Loved my stay here with my mother. Beautifully restored old building in a great location. Thankfully quieter than some of the hotels located directly on the main plaza, which is only a couple blocks away. Friendly staff. We met one of the owners, Terry, who is a delight and connected to the Granada community. We are looking forward to returning.

Where do I begin?! The owners take extra special care of you. Happy to hear and share stories of travels. The breakfast is fab! The rooms are unique, clean with great patios. Staff is always helpful and friendly 🙂. And let's not forget about the refreshing pool! My time there was amazing can't wait to go back.
