Beautiful layout and design full of rich colors. Very cultural feel with local art everywhere. Room and bathroom were very clean. Room sizes do vary greatly. Air conditioning and hot water work very well. Wifi in the lobby works fine. Cute courtyard in the middle. Friendly and helpful staff, many of whom are bilingual. Great location and overall place to...

Clean and quiet hotel only a few blocks from the center of Granada. Breakfast very simple but decent with coffee, two choices of tea, a cup of fruit, yogurt, toast. Egg and Gallo pinto on request. Cereals were a bit old (chewy). Staff very friendly. We did not use the pool that was fine when we arrived, but turned green...

First the good.staff was fantastic. Everyone was genuinely kind. Now the ugly. Rooms need a lot of TLC, Painting, electrical upgrading of beds, and most importantly when it rains it pours. Water came into room about half an inch not fun. Otherwise I love the hotel-BB

Front desk staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful, especially Maria :) She was great at answering our questions and helping us to find the most authentic food in town. They also helped us make a booking to visit the Isletas. The breakfast that was included with the room was excellent and served in a quaint little interior patio. The...

The staff was wonderful. The restaurants they recommended were superb. The one restaurant, Lucy, is just off the square, it was less expensive then the main tourist area and so, so good. Our room was spacious & clean. The common area and pool area were wonderful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Granada.

We were only here for a couple of nights on a group tour and found it thoroughly relaxing. Large room with a lovely mosaic on the wall and a towel sculpture on the bed! We were pleased to be given a welcome cocktail in the evening too. Attentive staff, lovely courtyards and a 10 minute walk to the Central Park...

Our room was very small and simple, but we didn't mind because we didn't spend much time inside. The hotel has great common areas and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed relaxing in hammocks by the pool and eating the delicious complimentary buffet breakfast outside. The staff were very friendly helpful. The only problem we had was our pre-booked airport transfer. We...

Kekoldi is a nice small hotel, a 5 minute walk from Granada's central square. The garden and mini pool looked like a small oasis, a good place for chilling during the hot afternoons. The room was tidy and the staff (who could all speak english) were very friendly and helpful.
