Nice colleagues at welcoming desk, good quality rooms. However very bad experience with the hotel restaurant. Very expensive and indecent prices for medium quality dishes, not to add unpleasant service and not adapted for kids.

Our experience was great from the beginning. With Gerardo waiting for us in Bomal train station ( i choice not use my car), with Sophie in reception, good room, great service in ZEN restaurant, wonderful chef , very gentile personnel, beautiful area , very good breakfast. Full assistance and receiving information to all my questions before my check-in (previous days). I would like enjoy once again during winter time. 100% recommended. Tks a lot to all Mont Des Pins team.

Beautiful area with great opportunities for adventures of all kinds. The hotel is very lovely with nice rooms and a very friendly staff. There were also great facilities for families (which we are). And the the price is remarkably low for this quality. Just a great whibe - I can highly recommend.

We stayed in Room 103 of Mont-Des-pins during our Motorbike Tour in the Ardennes. The location is awesome if you are looking for a quiet and remote place to stay while hiking, motorbike touring, or just a weekend out with the family and kids. If you are out for a romantic weekend for two, the family focus might be of disadvantage, we did not feel that for our own. The hotel restaurant may deliver some mixed impressions, on our day of arrival, the crew in the restaurant was really bad and we left after 20 minutes of waiting and getting no single attention and we had to get some Chinese take-out food from the closest village. On the next evening, the crew in the restaurant was a completely different crew and with an ultimately (much better) different guest experience in hospitality and good food. With the focus on families on the property, the menu might be a bit on the high side of pricing and selection. We understand that we are in a foreign country, but the language skills of most of the staff can be improved. If you are trying to attract foreign guests, your team should at least be speaking basic English. As it is right now, we ended up "lost in translation" quite a few times during our stay at Mont-Des-Pins. The room we stayed in had a problem with the shower and I unfortunately "flooded" the bathroom due to a clogged up sewer, this was immediately fixed after we reported it the next morning. Free parking and also EV chargers are available. The wifi worked well after you passed the mandatory captive portal of the guest wifi.

The hotel is in an isolated location and not near the Durbuy. It has excellent amenities (no swimmming pool) but plenty of outdoors if you want an active holiday. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was quite far from the dining facilities if you went by the corridors and the lifts, but step outside and down the stairs and it was an easy walk. The dining facilities were very good, and we had a most delicious evening meal with pleasant service. We were very impressed during our stay (one night).

My brother in law, my son and I stayed here for two nights for the 2022 F1 Grand Prix at Spa Francorchamps. We arrived on the Saturday by car. The place is easy to find, has plenty of parking, and is a pleasant place to stay. I spoke to Sophie by email and at reception. She was very friendly, helpful and spoke good English which is definitely a bonus when you are woeful at languages like I am. The room was big enough for the three of us and was clean and tidy on arrival. I loved the ability to have an electronic key on your email! The three of us even managed to have a game of volleyball and football at the back of the hotel to get moving after a long drive. The local town Durbuy is quite picturesque with a fair few alternatives for dining out and drinks. We had a continental breakfast on the Saturday. This was good quality and there was lots of choice. The hotel is within good striking distance of Spa and when the roads are snarled up afterwards there are a fair few alternatives to get back along much more interesting mountain roads......! That is once you manage to get out of Spa! I only have 2 very minor criticisms of the hotel. Our room was very hot and with the windows open tons of bugs came in in the evening. Also being English we're used to things being open on Sundays. We made it back from the Grand Prix and found the bar/restaurant was shut and that pretty much everything in the town was shut. Our dinner was bits of snacks we had left in our bags! A word of warning to drivers, fuel prices in Belgium are even more expensive than England!! All in all this was a great place to stay for the Grand Prix and I will look to book again for next year. I would love to have stayed longer to explore locally but as we came away without the women we weren't allowed 🤣!!

A nice Place to stay if you like the Ardennes and are not too afraid of muddy feet. It´s a Family and Kids -friendly Hotel for Outdooractivists but also great for Congresses and Familyreunions. It might occur that the Parkingsport run out or that you have to get used to find your way to the room after the Doors are locked.

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Great value for the price! Quit environment and good amenities inside the hotel and the room itself. To my surprise you could even open your room digitally through your phone! It fit our expectations perfectly.

Very nice and clean room, the hotel is in a nice area just a short drive away from the city centre of Durbuy. Beautiful scenery and nice staff! I 100% recommend. It has a playground for kids, a small fitness area and a wellness part, but we didn’t get to experience that due to the shortness of our stay. It has an older part and a newer remodeled part where we stayed.
