If you're thinking of staying in a chalet in Meribel this season, Meleze Dore is a great option. Ski Total has two absolute gems hosting this lovely, comfortable and welcoming chalet - Beanie and Annabelle couldn't has done more for us. We've had such amazing food, even with our difficult dietary requirements and our hosts really provided a great atmosphere,...

Just got back from a week stay at Chalet Meleze Dore. What can I say! Amazing holiday. Nic, our host made some amazing food (duck was my favourite) and her cakes were the best ive tasted in the Alpes. She was working on her own most of the time so did a fantastic job catering for all 11 of us....

Just returned from a week ski during half term. The chalet was perfect as we were a party of 12. Mixed ski abilities with one none skier - Meribel turned out to be an excellent choice of destination, as there was enough for everyone. This fully catered chalet ticked the boxes. The food was good every night, and Nick our...

We stayed at this chalet as a group of 12 last week and it was perfect - I'm not sure what else anyone would ask for. The chalet itself was spacious with 6 simple but good sized rooms, one main living/dining area which is perfect for big groups and a garage/boot room just outside. The chalet hosts (Emma & Steph)...

Dear Albutler, We're delighted that your stay was so perfect, particularly due to the service and food provided by Emma, Steph and Helen. Thanks also for the feedback on the wine as we do review our selection each season. We're so pleased you still had an "amazing week"!

Excellent family holiday. Disagree with earlier review. Drinks were served 30 minutes before dinner. Wine flowed freely during evening meals. Hosts and rep were brilliant, albeit early in the season for detailed knowledge. Drivers also so helpful. 7-10 minute walk from bus stop (uphill at the end of the day) if you miss the minibus. Well done Emma and Georgia.

Just spent a fantastic week at this chalet with some friends. Beautiful chalet in a great location, although its a bit of a trek to the lifts if you don't take advantage of the chalet mini bus. Emma our chalet host turned out some fantastic food and it is some of the best I have experienced. Couple of the guest...

It is a beautiful chalet and the host Emma is a great cook and made sure all the guests were well accommodated. Overall the food is some of the best in catered chalets I have experienced!! The resort manager was also really nice and helpful when anything was required!! The only negative point would be the distance from the slopes,...

Just spent Xmas week at this chalet with ski total. All okay but it was really three star, no linen/towel changes, food okay, drinks only during meals, not even 30mins before. Hosts well meaning but inexperienced and so unable to help on requests. Reps not really very helpful or swift.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry you were disappointed. We do actually provide a mid-week towel change but it is on request. We will ensure our staff mention this more clearly to all our guests as well as serving the daily aperitifs half an hour before dinner. Thanks again.

This chalet is lovely. With only 6 rooms it is a very personal accommodation. The hostesses hebe and Leah were great ensuring all guests were looked after! Rooms were spacious and clean. Location of the chalet is great just ten minutes walk from the centre but there are regular buses to and from the slopes first thing and also end...

I have to agree with Jake P, the chalet was great. The chalet hosts Hebe and Leah were excellent. If we needed anything it was done with no fuss.
