We stayed 3 nights at mare e monti and the thing with this place is that when you come once, you have to come twice. The staff was very welcoming, Silvio took the time to show us his farm and the surroundings and provided us a very warm welcoming upon our arrival. Mare e monti offers an outstanding view of...

We have just returned from staying for over one week at this wonderful, family run farmhouse in Agerola. The owners are so incredibly warm and welcoming, we arrived later than expected after a delay driving from Napoli but on our arrival we were treated like family, so much so that Silvio, the owner, treated us to his wine and amazing...

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful family owned farm house in Agerola. The house is located on a mountain with quiet surroundings and an amazing view over the coast line. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Make sure to try the delicious dinners offered by the hosts! Considering the special location of the agriturismo, you might want to...

We spent one week at this beautiful Agriturismo in July 2015. It is sited in a small village (Agerola) about 700 meters above the coastline, with free view over the sea. Just beautiful. When we arrived, we was warmly welcomed by the family and staff. They were friendly, and we felt immediately included in the family. The room was excellent,...

Lovely location for the many walking trails in the area and for visits to the Amalfi coast, Naples, Pompei etc. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for Silvia or Salvatore. We were fed very well on home produced meals of organic produce by Anna and Mama in the kitchen. We felt part of the family. Rooms...

Even though we did not stay overnight here we were fortunate to have the opportunity of the agriturismo dining experience. Silvio is a welcoming host and made sure we were informed of the dinner options as the courses progressed. We were served a bottle of house red wine with dinner.(It seems all Italian wines are very good but this one from...

We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like we were part of an extended family. The room was very spacious and clean. A lovely spot. It is easy to get to the busy Amalfi Coast from here or just head up the road and go for a walk. Excellent, homemade food and local wine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mare e Monti on the Amalfi Coast. My family stayed there for a week pre-tourist season so we were the only guests. Sylvio and his family treated us like we were family. We were fed with abundant food and wine – they make their own wine and cured meats and grow their own organic...

Agriturismo Mare e Monti, which is run by the Iovieno family--mother, son, and daughter, is a small inn set in a beautiful garden and atop a brilliant restaurant. From our room, we could see most of the Amalfi Coast and far across the Tyrrhenian Sea. Every breakfast and dinner was wonderfully cooked and beautifully presented. Our table was next to...
