A very nice hotel but outside the city of Naples very bad food for dinner and bad crew service. The swimming pool is not a part of the hotel and it's a part of the Mall. The reception is in a top of the hill...More

Lovely modern hotel situated inside a shopping mall. Thank god for that as there's nothing more outside. Very unusual in the way it's built as you will see a volcano ( vesuvio ) like feature from outside with hotel & shopping mall inside the volcano.

The room was fine. Comfortable bed, and good shower. Cleanliness was great. Staff weren't particularly helpful - front desk was not always manned, so getting back into the hotel from the shopping center did not go smoothly. Hotel is a bit far from town, and...More

We had to get back from Naples to this hotel due to a misunderstanding. In Naples we caught a metro to a station, I forget its name, but the guard was very helpful + provided a map. From this station you catch a local train to Nola, + from there we took a taxi back to the hotel. Total time taken for trip about an hour.
Unlike others, the hotel is very good + we had an enjoyable stay, + we would not knowingly change for another hotel. Cars in Naples are only for the brave.
Hope you have as good a stay as we did. Good luck.
