The truth is that this hotel is a little bit used already and the wifi does not work everywhere. But staff is friendly, everything is clean, furniture is from wood, mattresses are comfortable, food is great. We had half board and were really satisfied with everything. Position is great as well - you can walk to the port and also...

This hotel is located right next to the beach. It is not a new hotel, our room was clean and breakfast was good. The A/C in our room didn't work but it didn't bother us (weather was perfect - June). We had nice surprise when we checked in: they upgraded us to a room with a bid balcony facing the...

A terrace instead of a balcony. Not knowing, the balcony would have been just as fine but with the size of the terrace, the sunbathing lawnchairs and lunch table we were sold. Add a view onto the Aragonese Castle and the sea and you are probably dreaming. The hotel was as expected and more. The staff was impeccable - at...

This hotel is one of a small chain on the island (Dico Hotels) and one which my wife and I spent some time choosing, roughly halfway between Porto d'Ischia and Ponte we regularly walked to either in around 20-25 minutes. Our large room was on the second floor with a balcony and sea view (217) and well worth the small...

OK, so this is quite an old hotel, a bit of paint is missing here and there. Don't worry about this. The customer service is fantastic. As the only English in the hotel we enjoyed the pleasure of being immersed in Italy. The front desk couldn't do more to help us, taxi's were arranged, a tour round the island with...

I fell in love with Ischia on my first trip in 2010 and was looking forward to introducing this wonderful island to my parents. I do think it is very hard to find the right hotel at a reasonable price point for myself on this island. On the plus side: Parco Aurora's price was right and the location is good...

Caters mainly to older German couples & young Italian families; however, this is the norm on the island. The hotel is both seaside & within walking distance to the shops/restaurants of Ischia Porto & Ponte; easy to visit surrounding attractions. The structure is well-maintained; interior décor typical, yet slightly better than nearby competition. The staff, some of whom speak English...

Stay here 5 days for a relaxing holiday with my mother, for her 60th birthday. We got the 225 room: the view is stunning! Comfortable and large room, new bathroom, everything spotless. Just outside our room two warmed pools with a fantastic view. Every days we went to the hotel Spa and we enjoyed it: we found it very cheap...

I enjoyed my stay at Parco Aurora very much. The location was great. My single room was small but for Europe, not bad. A nice large modern bathroom with a shower with great water pressure & hot water that didn't go cool. No bathtub. I also had a nice balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples. Nice big white fluffy towels....

In one of the most charming areas of Ischia, the Hotel Parco Aurora Terme comes up on the seaside: situated in a natural area of incomparable beauty with view on the gulf of Naples, the port of Ischia and the Castello Aragonese, behind the central shopping area of Via Roma. It has two thermal swimming pools, own Spa, a fitness room and a private beach at around 400 m (May - Mid October). All rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy a splendid sea view and are endowed with bath or shower, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning system, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer. International cuisine with choice menu and buffet breakfast. Rich buffet of appetizers. The Hotel Parco Aurora is the ideal destination to combine relaxing and wellbeing, in a place where nothing is left to chance and its philosophy reflects the attention and the service given to its guests. The hotel also has a brand-new Spa where you can enjoy the "percorso romano" (a kind of roman bath): a series of pools (calidarium and frigidarium), emotional showers and sauna (Finnish or Turkish bath), which bring you a personal experience of all wellnessbenefits, plus the added value of thermal water that is unique for therapeutic and relaxing purposes. ... more   less
