We were greeted very warmly by our host, Luciano - welcoming us even as we were getting out of our car! The view of the Cathedral and town across the way is great - and hanging out on the balcony and in other parts of the property are good ways to relax. Breakfast is an abundant assortment of everything you could possibly want, and access to drinks and snacks during the day much appreciated! Luciano takes pride in making his visitors feel at home, and he treats his visitors as family. And the value for the price is not to be beat!

We stayed only one night to visit the villa romana, but it was one of our favorite b&b stays. The home is beautifully situated overlooking the town, easy to find with the Garmin gps. Our room (farfalle) was on the second floor with a jawdropping wide terrace, over a similar terrace with the dining room. Luciano's warmth is perfectly described by his morning announcement: i have a big family that changes everyday! The room was comfy, large, great AC, nice bathroom. There is ample parking, and i heard no dogs barking. You should have no qualms about staying here!

Unesco world heritage site, it is truly a stunning Villa, the mosaics throughout the building are amazing, it gives an insight into the the social every day life of the Roman nobility and the people who served them. A visit to the villa is a must see.

Perfect location, wonderful host, great property! We stayed overnight here while enjoying a tour of Sicilia. The host, his wife, and his friends/employees were wonderful. We slept soundly thanks to the quiet surroundings. As others have relayed the existing mattresses could be replaced. Overall however the experience was great.

Luciano is a great host and his staff try hard to please. Breakfast is very good and beverages available 24/7 for guests. Parking is limited and tight. No towel racks or hooks in the tiny bathroom. Bedrooms are small but nice

The home is lovely, the setting is idyllic, and breakfast is fabulous. It's truly out in the country, so a bit hard to find, don't soley rely on your GPS. Best to call once you get to Piazza Armerina. But finding this place is so worth it! THe rooms are lovely, the views are spectacular, the green is greener than green. Probably the most special place we've stayed at in Sicily. And Valentina was so friendly, solicitous, kind. The old town is a wonderfully atmospheric warren to explore for dinner. GO!

My husband and I were very delighted to have chosen this B&B. Their 2 neighboring locations are in a very quiet hill overlooking the town. Our room in the 2nd location had a beautiful view of the Cathedral. Our room was very clean and well furnished. Our breakfast was served at the main house which is a very short walking distance. There was enough variety of cold breakfast to choose from. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. The owners always introduced the guests around the big breakfast table which was a wonderful way of making everyone comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B.

Everything about this beautiful B&B exceeded expectations. Our room was spacious, clean and peaceful, breakfast was excellent and our host, Luciano could not have been more gracious. No quibbles on this one, only wished our stay could have been longer!

Across the valley overlooking the hilltop town of Piazza Armerina is this gem of a B&B. The main reason people come is for its close proximity to a Unesco World Heritage site, 'Villa Romania Del Casale'. To say this B&B was quaint and charming is like saying the Pope is religious. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The rooms comfortable and well appointed, the breakfast and its communal table were terrific. Plus it was tremendous value too. Helpful staff, if indeed light on English, but sign language and a smile can still accomplish what you need. I loved this place and found 0 faults.
