Christian and his family hosted our giant group and we simply had the best time. we got to have a small tour followed by a delicious wine tasting with the most divine food. The farm even has sublime olive oil. highlight of Tuscany.

WANT MORE TIME HERE! We happened upon Villa Buonasera and wish we found it earlier in our trip. We were immediately greeted and welcomed with open arms although we were very unexpected and it was late in the day. We loved Barabara, Christian and the grounds so much we stayed a 2nd Dayana would have longer, but we were at...

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing 7 days at Villa Buonasera. The room was very clean, the kitchen complete. We had a little trouble with the TV and the hot water heater after a thunderstorm in which we lost power. Christian quickly resolved the issues and we were most impressed that we were offered an alternate suite...

At the outset, this place was great! We visited here as part of a Top Deck tour and it was certainly one of the highlights. We were treated to a tour of the cellars and an explanation of the wine making process as well as an interesting insight into the world of Chianti. We enjoyed some wine tasting and an...

This "farm" is lovely and the rooms are neat, well appointed and comfortable. Getting here requires a car and the road to the villa is a bit rough. About 6 miles to Greve in Chianti and lots of local wineries to visit. Small kitchenettes in rooms - there is no restaurant - that are well stocked. Pool is nice. Good...

My partner and I spent 3 nights staying in a 1 bedroom self contained unit in the Villa Buonesera, a working winery around 20 minutes drive from Greve in Chianti. Its a family run establishment run by a mother (Barbara) and son (Christian) duo. Overall we had a wonderful time. Here are a few pro’s, a con and a consideration...

We stumbled upon this Villa whilst driving through Tuscany and my daughter insisting we find a wine tasting place lol ... Once down the long winding track we arrived at the most charming Villa and what I can only describe as a piece of paradise in Tuscany , after being met by Barbara , who was only too happy to...

This is a great destination- very well kept, clean and welcoming. Unlike other visitors, we don't really drink that much so were just looking for a relaxing stay without the whole winery experience. We had apartment 2a which has a private area patio. The kitchenette was great with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable. Bottled water was provided....

Five of us stayed in May 2015 for a week. After a little difficulty locating we were more than happy with out two villas. Definitely need a car to get around in. Barbara and Christian were very welcoming and helpful. Good base to get around. Tried lots of reataurants and visited small towns. Bus to Florence from Greve. Beautiful area....

“I think, but am not sure, that you need to stay at least two nights to be able to have full access to the kitchen supplies (all the pots and pans, etc.). But they do have a microwave and refrigerator and stove even if you can't stay long, and the Coop grocery just in town a few miles away has absolutely everything you'd need.”
