Very impressed by the pool, terrace and outside areas. Room and bed/bathroom ok with nice evening sunshine and a fridge. No drinks facilities (apparently not unusual), curtains didn't close and walls thin, although the double door did make the corridor quieter. The hotel is right next to the main road up to Mijas and there was really nowhere to walk...

My partner and I have recently returned from a 4 night all inclusive stay at Ilunion Hacienda, we have mixed reviews as there were some pro's and con's to our stay. First of all the pro's, hotel is very peaceful and pretty with a real Spanish feel to it, we wanted to get away for a quiet break so in...

Flew into Malaga and short trip to the Puerto del Sol hotel as stopover for our tour of Andalucia. Grabbed a quick drink (jug of sangria) and meal (mushroom omelette) on the terrace - pleasant location overlooking pool and ok food. Double Room was decent size with good sized shower room and good view - main complaint was with pillows...

Lovely building, large terrace with superb views to the coast. Rooms not cleaned when we arrived for 1 night on Riviera tour but was spotless when available. Small room with nice bathroom but no kettle etc. or fridge. Ground floor adjacent to pool. Bus stop to Mijas 30 metres from reception - 1.55 euros each way. Well worth going to...

To be fair the hotel had just been taken over by another owner, that weekend. Our room had a lovely view over to the mountains and down to the sea, it faced west so we had the sunset. The room, although a decent size was soleless, not one picture, bare wires on a broken flex of a bedside lamp, lumpy...

This hotel is so beautiful! I fell in love with the amazing views seen from everywhere around the hotel. Noticeably clean rooms too. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, quiet, peaceful, out of the way, right next to the bus stops to go to mijas and other towns (very cheap and reliable). A very lovely few days spent in a...

My partner and I stayed here for just one night at the very beginning of our Riviera coach holiday so sorry if this review seems a bit vague. It was lovely being able to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Locals were also of the same persuasion. The rooms were comfortable. Only meal we had was breakfast.

This was a one night stand for us on our way to Seville. It is a clean and classy looking hotel but.....Supper had to be in the hotel because there were no local restaurants nearby. The buffet supper was pretty dire, over cooked vegetables and tactless meat. The layout of the food seemed to be confusing for the hundreds of...

We were booked into this lovely hotel as a one night stop over on our tour to Seville, having flown to Malaga. The rooms are large, comfortable, beautifully decorated and fitted out. The setting and the views are splendid. The general public areas have some beautiful porcelain on display. We had an omelette as a bar snack as we had...
