I have never written a negative review, and don't get me wrong, we had a nice holiday. The hotel itself was awful. All matresses need replacing. I had a rusty spring sticking out of mine, so instead shared my hubbys side. One of our girls had her leg sliced open quite badly from a rusty spring sticking out of hers....

This hotel is not bad, the foods the same most days with a change of meat for most meals. The pool is good but the kids play area is around the corner and past the gate to the road which makes no sense at all. The bar staff are quite happy to do strong drinks if that's how you like...

Arrived at the hotel to be told they didn't have a room for us and we would have to go to their sister hotel further into the town. we were also told that it was a better hotel and that it had an extra star!! They sent us in a taxi, which they paid for. when we arrived first impression...

8 of us visited september last year. We always go in September to Majorca but different areas. I've never written a bad review before and I always go with the opinion that you don't get 5* from 3* hotels. I'm not a fussy eater and can usually get some sort of meal together because salad and pasta go with everything,...

The hotel is in an excellent location, I booked all inclusive for under £160 for a week. Can't complain. You get what you pay for. I've seen a lot of negative reviews but maybe people should look at the price they are paying before expecting 5 star luxury. I've booked again for May 2017. It does exactly what it says...

I must start by saying that this was not a cheap , last minute holiday for us.We spent 10 days here in October of this year. The hotel was described as newly refurbished!! The room we had was tired and in need of a lot of repair work. The bed cover had a huge stain across the top{which was replaced...

Awful- food was the worst, we went all inclusive and after two days I didn't want to see another chip or bowl of plain rice.. the breakfast is terrible. Rooms very basic..no hair dryer.. the hotel seems to cater for the Germans rather than the English. Was given a bus time table at front office that was a year out...

What can I say. The hotel is dated and the rooms need updating, however, the room was cleaned most days with clean towels. Food and drink was plentiful with a varied choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and was catered for by very hard working staff. I have got no complaints about the hotel for the price I paid.

After staying at this all inclusive hotel last week, I thought I should wait a while before sharing my experience. The most positive parts of our stay at the hotel were the friendly staff and the powerful shower in the bath / able to have a bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. On check-in we were told about the...
