We had the best holiday in Mallorca thanks to this hotel. The people were friendly, the room was fantastic with sea view, and the pool was amazing. Also the breakfast was amazing! Hope to come bank one time in the future!

The best thing about this hotel is the location which is peaceful and relaxing - however that is where the positives end. Despite quite friendly staff, the new management of Grupotel have let this hotel down badly. I came here in 2019 under different management and it was much better - most notably the food and drink. Breakfast is terrible now, the scrambled eggs are dry and unappetising, the egg station is basic and they need to know how to cook a decent omelette. The same breakfast spread comes out everyday without any variance or change and the whole covid spacing system makes the experience tiresome and long. I was dreading breakfast by the end of holiday. To say they were doing their best was not good enough - you expect much , much more from a 4 star hotel. Do not have the salmon from the lunch menu - I have never been given such old, over cooked food in my life. It smelt horrible and tasted horrible and was an indicator of how this hotel has gone downhill badly. One of my friends had the salmon too and it looked tougher than the sole of my shoe! I don't like to write reviews like this - but this hotel has the makings of a good hotel but seriously needs a big and better push from management. There was was no soaps or products in the bathroom and the some bathroom towels looked like they had been used since the 1980s. The staff were happy enough, but the overall product and quality of food and drink needs to improve for a 4 star hotel to call itself that.…

Positives: The seafront view, the location (20 minutes walk to the seafront street of bars and restaurants of Cala Ratjada), the cheap drinks. Negatives: No soap in the bathroom, cheap champoo / shower gel (all in one), the average furniture. It didn't feel like a 4* hotel...

We stayed in Grupotel from 1-8 March 2020. Awesome view at the sea from our balcony, 2nd floor. We as vegetarians could choose from a large scale of different foods. All employees were just friendly and caring. We would love to come back again.
