The personal of this hotel has been very attending to all our needs in spite of the corona virus restrictions. They take all measures of disinfection and work with a mask on their faces all around the clock. The rooms could be a bit bigger. There is not enough space for the luggage in the closet. We have had problems to understand how the safe works (its not an automatic one) at the beginning. We have been offered an upgrade with a room on the 6th floor. Rooms up to the 4th floor that have a lateral sea view are facing the hotel over the street and i guess there is not much of a sea view. On the other hand the views from the 9th floor where the hotel's restaurant is located are very beautiful. The fitness room is tiny and the infinity pool on the 9th floor is not for claustrophobic persons. The reservation for a dinner at the hotel should be made at least a day before. We have asked in the morning if we could eat at the evening and we were told its not possible. At that night there were only 4 guests in the restaurant so that we couldn't understand the reason of booking a day before. The ingredients for the menu weren't so exotic (to be found and be prepared 24 hours before) and thats why i still don't get it but those are the regulations. We ate dinner a day later (Mallorca local dishes) and we were all alone after an older couple left just as we have started our dinner. The dinner was indeed tasteful. I would like to thank the stuff working in the basement during the breakfast time. They are doing a great job and are all very kind. P.S The lady offering massage is doing a great job but she needs some more space and an adequate ambiance.…
We were staying at Triton Beach, 2 minutes walk from here for 5 nights but found Son Moll Sentits on our last night and booked in as it looked lovely. As soon as you walk reception, it smells beautiful, you can pick a scent at reception to have in your room. We were checked in by Kay who was very imformative and very welcomining. We were greeted by the director of the hotel who also was very welcoming. We had a sea view room which we had to pay 60 euros extra for but we thought why not! Nice view and nice balcony. In the room is a mini bar but you had to pay if you drunk anything and also there was some shower bill which were 5 euros each, i personally think they should be provided as part of the hotel package as this hotel is meant to be a relaxing one. Regardless, we really enjoyed our night here and would defianlty stay here again.. hoping to return with family soon :-)…
During last year's holiday to Cala Bona, my mum and I decided we would take a boat trip to Cala Rajada. Not only did we fall in love with the place, but we also snuck into Son Moll Sentits Hotel and Spa and sat by the pool (I am not encouraging anyone else to do this) and we were absolutely infatuated by the place. So much so, that we decided to book it for this year's holiday. Upon arrival, we were met by Antonio, the most endearing receptionist, offering glasses of champagne. One of the first things we noticed was that the hotel lobby smells incredible. Such a great first impression. Antonio checked us in and even allowed us to choose which scent we'd like in our room with a choice of around four smells. Never been given this choice before! We asked for a twin room, and this is what we got. The room was modern and simple, with a few extra features we were not expecting, such as the possibility to change the colour of the lighting in the shower. There was also a sticky note on the mirror beside the door which had a checklist for our holiday: "Relaxing, switching off, and enjoying...We take care of you!" - and take care of us they did! The air conditioning works really well and the shower is really powerful. The pool area is immaculate. The only negatives really are the fact that the music the hotel plays by the pool can be a bit loud, and this coupled with the awful music coming from the beach bar opposite can be a bit much. The pool is also the coldest pool I have ever swum in! But there were a few of us brave guests who gave it a go! However, the pool area is comfortable and there are often bowls of fruit around it for guests to pick at, which is such a nice touch. On our last day there was a pianist playing near the pool area which was an authentic touch from the hotel. We did not use the beauty salon, but it looked fantastic. The gym I used on one occasion. It was small, but with the essentials there and, as some pictures suggest, there is the most remarkable view of Son Moll beach from the huge glass window. The small indoor pool offers this spectacular view as well. Breakfast was delicious, I could not fault it. Scrambled eggs, sausages, omelettes, selection of bread, fruit and much more, was all at the buffet. The view from the outside breakfast area is beautiful, overlooking Son Moll beach. The views from this hotel are so amazing, that I would highly recommend a room with a sea view (as I can imagine these are spectacular!). We only had dinner once at the hotel (due to a storm), but we were not disappointed with the food. Again, we were given a vast selection of fish, entrecôte, salad and fruit to choose from. However, all of these excellent points mean nothing without a hard-working, spirited team of staff. And, honestly, you will never find better staff in another hotel. Always giving their best and working so hard. At breakfast, they got to know mum's need for ridiculously hot tea (freshly boiled) and were ready to serve it without mum asking (Thank you, Delia!). The staff at reception are kind, caring and so attentive. You really feel you're being treated like royalty. In terms of the area of Cala Rajada, it's beautiful. Xiringuito's black, sea urchin pasta is a favourite of mine and Traümeria next door is also excellent. There are also more great restaurants nearer to the harbour (0.7 miles away), all serving similar dishes, such as pasta, pizza, paella, steaks etc. We were pretty much the only English people in Cala Rajada. We bumped into a few others in the street and one couple in the hotel, but apart from this, the visitors were pretty much all German. Mum and I had no problem with this at all, they were all lovely and it was nice to get away from the English, to be quite honest with you! Mum and I loved this hotel so much that we stole the two room keys! I'm joking, that was a complete accident and we are so sorry! We have just put the keys in the post and you should receive them soon! But, coming back tomorrow and sneaking into our room for another week would be tempting...! Thank you for an amazing holiday, Son Moll Sentits, we will never forget this hotel and perhaps one day we will return! Sneaking into the hotel last year turned out to be a great idea, because a year later we chose to stay there and have an amazing holiday. To anyone thinking about booking Son Moll Sentits, if you're looking for a relaxing holiday in a scenic part of Mallorca, stop thinking about booking it and DO IT! I have added a few photos below of both the hotel and Cala Rajada.…
I visited Mallorca a few times and this hotel and its area an awesome deal. The breakfast buffet is hughe and delicious. Just next to the hotel is the beach which is not big but quiet nice. There are also more than one good spot for lunch, dinner or some cocktails. The prices are moderate and compared to Switzerland even cheap. My wife and I really enjoyed ur stay very much.
Great hotel in more quite part of the village. Hotel was great, rooms more than nice, great service and services. Bar at the top on sunset is a must to visit. Cala Ratjada is populated by Germans, so if you are not into it, pick another village or city in mallorca.
