Reopening 24.07.2020 The hotel Roc Carolina is a hotel located above the bay of Font de Sa Cala around 3 Km from Cala Ratjada. It has a large lounge with Satellite TV, 3 bars and a non-smoking restaurant. The communal areas are air-conditioned. In the gardens there is a sun terrace, with sunbeds and parasols (free of charge) and a pool snack-bar. There is a daily varied entertainment programme. The Hotel is ideal for couples without children. Enjoy relaxing holidays!

We were not sure that we were going to get a holiday as our original hotel has closed. However we were very pleased to have the chance to stay at the Carolina. The staff were super helpful and the room was great. Lovely sea views and sunsets etc. The gym was well equipped also. Food was varied and good quality. Nowhere open locally, so great to know you were ok with that. All the drinks were readily available also. The hotel closed at the end of the first week, but transport had been arranged by the Carolina to the Roc Leo in Can Pastilla. Overall a fab holiday which was much needed after working without a proper battery recharge break for 11 months!

Have just spent a very pleasant week at Carolina,spoilt for a peaceful location with attentive staff. Very sad to say bye due to season closure. Relocated to another Roc hotel in Palma. Transfer seamless & hassle free. Carolina will be hard to beat. Sizable room with a large shower room on 8th floor. Sunrises inspire for a new day. Nice mixture of food, salad never looked so good. Poolside culture relaxed. Nice beach bar if you want a bit of a change. Not part of all inclusive package. Safe,clean & took covid precautions seriously. Would consider a return visit. Thanks everyone. Take care & good luck for next season.

We stayed for one week in the hotel full board end of September. The Hotel is right next to a sandy beach with quick access. The hotel had a small pool and plenty of deckchairs. As we stayed during the Covid quarantine there was a lot of space and distancing was not an issue. I would say all week everyone respected wearing masks while they moving about. The room was bright, clean and quiet at night. With a small balcony. The restaurant was quite big and due to limited number of guests at the time , was never over full , tables were spaced out. A bowl full of individual serving tongs were on different stands to allow guests to serve themselves without sharing. A gel stand was the first thing on entering, staff regularly took away dishes and cleaned. Generally the food was quite standard with focus on salads - plenty of choice - and a grill with fish and hot and cold meats. There was always plenty to eat that was eatable , but overall nothing to get exited about. Same story on the wine and beer , drinkable, but the red was far too chilled. Hotel is on the east side of the island , we hired a car for the week for the 2 way trip ( easy to get to in just over an hour ) and be able to move around on some days. We went to Mallorca for my birthday weekend, our flight was late and we arrived ot the Hotel after midnight and the staff had kindly put some plates of food aside for us (we were starving and nothing was open). This level of kindness and professional service extended over the entire weekend. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location, there isn't much around the hotel in terms of bars /restaurants etc (The closest is Cala Rejada which is a short 8 min taxi ride). The hotel has a great pool and spa facilities and the rooms were great. 0 complaints and plenty of praise. Thanks.
