Hotel very quiet -we think due to Covid travel restrictions but was so worth the extra effort of testing etc. Pool was large, clean and no race for sunbeds. Food was tasty and lots of choice and animation team worked so hard to make sure there was lots of activities on offer should you want to join in. All staff super friendly and hard working. Thank you for a lovely holiday. We made use of the free shuttle bus to the beach.
Visited with 2 young children in September. Weather lovely, pool areas great, splash pool slightly shady so lots of kids on main pool. Very child friendly hotel, lots of children around! Beds in bedroom fine but sofa bed so hard and split level. I ended up in main bedroom with the children and husband on sofa! Hotel had said in advance they could cater for our children's dairy allergies however no-one in the restaurants had a clue what had dairy in and what didn't which was really frustrating. We didn't rate the beach or area just outside the hotel but had hired a car and visited some lovely beaches just a short drive away. Overall enjoyable stay that was good value for money
Excelente, kind stuff, good food, not far from center. Very clean.Close to shore nice activities , swimming pool. In few words a perfect place to have holidays , a n d not expansive. Recommended for those how are looking for good value for money. The lady managing the hotel polite speaks 5 languages .
Upon arrival the hotel looked wonderful, the reception area was clean and the staff lovely. We were presented with a glass of bubbles while checking in. The pool area was busy but not overly and the grounds green and lush. We walked over to block 3 and took the lift to the 2nd floor. Sadly, our room was very tired and not particularly comfortable. The twin beds in the bedroom area were fine, however, the sofa (which converted to a bed) was literally a thin mattress on hard wood. The other part of the bed was pulled out from a drawer underneath the sofa and was rickety and not at all comfortable. There were 5 in our group and the 5th bed was a z-bed style put you up. There were no tea or coffee facilities, you have to hire a kettle for a refundable €10 deposit and there was no milk or any kind of welcome pack other than a bottle of water that was in the fridge. The fridge made noise all night and the air-con was all noise and no substance. Saying all of this, the hotel grounds, staff, pool area and restaurant were the saving grace. Our children really enjoyed the kidd clubs and in particular, Nacho. He was great with them and new their names after the first session. All the entertainment team were friendly and the shows in the evening were great. C'an Picafort is within walking distance and has a lovely beach area on the far side. The hotel minibus is free and worth doing.…
Stayed for the last week of the season and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were superb, the rooms were cleaned reguarly, what more can you want. Although we were there near the end of the season the entertainment and food was top notch. Had the grandkids with me and they had a ball. The time of year suited me as the weather was more pleasant than roasting hot. The outdoor pool took your breath away when first in it, while the indoor pool was like a bath. The snacks were brilliant and freshly made, the beer was San Miguel so no complaints. My only gripe was the week went by too quickly. This is definately a kids orientated complex and the animations staff worked really hard. 10/10 from me.
