We were welcomed warmly . As one of the rooms wasn't ready we were shown where we could get something to eat. Due to current times we were served our food and drink. The staff here were friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the care that was taken to ensure our stay was safe. Cleaning went on all the time. The sunbeds etc were cleaned after every use.

My third visit in a year (November 2019)For the money, well worth it. You get a lot more than expected but don’t expect luxury. Always welcomed and looking forward to visiting when everything back to normal. I use this hotel as a base for visiting the rest of Majorca and consequently don’t use the spa facilities (or lunch). The staff I’ve come across are all very efficient and friendly, in particular Sam on reception, Miguel in the bar and Yuri and his entertainment artists. All meals are sufficiently good and diverse choice for all. This is not top-class catering, but everything is plentiful and well cooked. You will not go hungry or thirsty, but don’t expect fine dining. I went all inclusive as most do. I cannot complain about any of the food, drink or facilities. I can only compliment the hotel for unbelievable value for money. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable though a little basic, but perfectly reasonable for a good nights sleep. Breakfast is also very acceptable, huge choice, maybe not the highest quality, but you can have as much as you like. The service staff are all multi-lingual, and friendly if you’re the sort of person who willingly engages with them. The evening entertainment is good with Yuri and his team of visiting artists perfectly acceptable. With such a diverse group of British, German, French and Spanish visitors not an easy feat, but every effort is made to engage all especially in singing Karaoke and dancing. The Bar service is excellent value for money, and for health and safety reasons, served in plastic glasses to avoid breakages near the pool. The Hotel is ideally suited near the airport and the airport bus only costs 5 euros. Local tobacconists sell ‘ten use local bus passes’ similar to Oyster Cards. The bus routes are plentiful and get you into Palma in less than half an hour at most. From Palma you can visit all parts of the island, all at a reasonable price from the Placa d’España central bus, coach and rail station. Overall I’m totally satisfied by my three visits last year as this hotel suits my needs for visiting this idyllic island nearly always out of season. The only negative is that you have to pay for Wi-fi which is reasonable but I’d prefer it to be part of the package. Grateful thanks to all the management and staff who do a fantastic job, highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August, check in was fine, first impressions hotel looked ok, got to room 257 and it was filthy ! Had not been cleaned, crumbs and hairs all over the floor! Shower was ok, but air con was none existent! Very poor especially in the heat of Majorca in the middle of Aug ! I looked in at the breakfast, took 1 look and walked out, didn't even stay for a coffee, it looked disgusting hence I didn't go back ... It done it's job as the location is very good and that I'm afraid is the best thing I can say about it Turn either way out the hotel and you will be surrounded by lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and lovely beaches I won't be back bug that's because of the cleanliness, and especially with what's going on in the world atm I really didn't feel safe, I'm glad I took my antibac wipes !

Francois is the night porter who is such an horrible man and went out of his way to cause trouble with the guests. He threatened my wife in the reception area and stood over her being very intimidating. Well, when I saw this I reacted as any man would. Let's just say, we ended up being thrown out of the hotel by the police.. Be warned, this man is nasty. However, the rest of the hotel staff were nothing but lovely. With all the complaints about Francois, I'm surprised the man still has a job.

Stayed 14th-17th March, hotel was poor anyway with leaking toilet, poor cleanliness and bland food - but what made this stay even worse was the rude, racist, and abusing night porter Francois. He racially abused our group despite us doing nothing wrong, used his position of power to threaten to evict us from the hotel! Stay away at all costs.
