I stayed here for a week and thought it was a beautiful hotel. Here are the pros and cons.

Pros:
Modern decor
Spacious rooms
Computer games in reception
Pool bar that serves food and alcohol
Clean premises
Friendly staff that speak excellent English
Located right in Magaluf so surrounded by restaurants, pubs, 2 minute walk to the beach (down a lot of steps, maybe 10 -15minute walk if you go the long way).
Wheelchair equipment for pool - I dont know what its called.
Kids pool
Use of free sunloungers and umberellas

Cons:
Air conditioning was brutal in the room. Asked reception to get maintenance to fix it but didnt see an improvement.
Safety deposit box didn't work (room 619 for hotel management if they want to fix it)
No kettle or cooking facilities or plates or cups. Just a very small mini fridge.
Located on top of a steep hill. Magaluf is very hilly and if coming from the palmanova area you have to walk up 3 hills to get to the hotel.

Overall I was very happy with this hotel and would recommend it.

There was 5 of us , we had 2 rooms. Very clean and modern , comfortable beds. The pool area was nice and chilled. We were all inclusive the food was standard and so were the drinks. The machine cocktails were not great but there’s other things. All inclusive finished at 10pm think it should of been on a hour or so more , especially as it’s not that cheaper hotel now , they are trying to be a family hotel maybe for older teenagers but not for younger children. 5 mins from the beach , down steps . The hotel is on a very large hill , do not bring heels can’t walk in them !! The hotel is very close to Magaluf strip, the opposite end of bcm , hotel good location if you want to go drinking etc . Not sure how far from Palma nova centre we didn’t have time to find out. There’s was mixed ages and nationalities when we were there. If I was going back to Magaluf I would recommend this hotel.

Stay at this hotel for 3 nights with a friend. The hotel is located well, 10 min walk to magaluf strip and 10 min walk to palma nova. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill and the pick up and drop off bus doesn't stop on the hill so you do need to walk right to the top of the hill to be picked up.
The pool area is good, very big pool,DJ playing decent music and a bar which is responsibly priced.
Pool area, reception area and rooms are all really clean. Decent matress which would provide a decent night's sleep if it wasn't for the noise. Which brings me onto which would be my only negitive. We stayed in room 701, there is a window in the bedroom (up at the top of the wall so too high to be able to actually see out off) I can only imagine it's just to let light in but honestly they would be as well bricking the window up as the noise that gets through this window is horrendous.
As the window is right on the main road (the road with the hill) there are no bars etc at this point of the road but the noise comes from people going to and coming bar from bars/clubs and at 3am you feel like they are taking about an hour to walk up the street as the noise seems to go on for some time.
We eneded up moving the matress onto the floor of the living area/sitting room and sleeping in there as we hadn't slept for 2 days. There is a sofa bed in the living area but it's not the comfiest.
Apart from the noise I wouldn't have an issue stay here again.
We could have tried to move rooms but we had already unpacked and we were only there for 3 nights.
I've added a picture of room with window above the beds and picture from outside the room that window overlooks, just for ref.

Visited here with a friend in October 2019 check in was 2am and the receptionist was very helpful polite and informative we were self catering and was given room 339 room very spacious double comfy bed in bedroom great living lounge area well presented great storage and lovely bathroom, room was cleaned every day fresh towels left every time and bedding changed every other day the cleaners were lovely always said hello. As we were self catering it's great to have a spar right beside the hotel which was cheap enough for all essentials there is an option to buy the all inclusive as a daily basis perfect for a lazy day at the hotel. Pool was spotless plenty of beds around music played and a lovely relaxed feel from all guests pool bar great service every time and great measures always a plus! Hotel is perfect location 5 mins away from bottom of strip and beach it is situated on heart attack hill named for a reason do not wear heels! Be like me and carry them until flatter ground 🤣 will defo be back maybe not this year but defo next until next time

The hotel is on top of a large hill, but it is close enough to the beach 10 min walk. Great staff, tidy and clean rooms rooms oppersite the pool can get a bit loud but just poeple having fun. You can laze about on the hotel all day or go for a walk around the beaches. Their are two great ones close by.

Recently stayed here at TRH and had the best experience.
15 of us on a hen do age range 21-79! Loads of other hens/stags there too. Lively, busy, ace Vibe.
Pool/pool bar spot on DJ playing around the pool cocktails were amazing and inexpensive.
Food was great no complaints at all about this hotel.
Only a short walk down a big hill to the strip and everything so close by! Perfect location for stag/hens. (Epic walk up a giant hill once drunk) makes it even funnier getting home after a night on the strip!

Easy check in, staff were amazing I think they were so honest I left belongings behind by mistake and they saved everything including jewelry and nothing has been taken, The communication is fantastic with English speaking staff making this so much easier to have my things returned home. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful.

Overall amazing experience at this hotel room is clean modern and has all you need (towels, hairdryer etc) comfy beds we had a balcony over looking the pool. Thanks TRH for making our stay the best!

Hotel looks great, rooms are a great size however the hotel itself is on a steep hill so anyone with mobility issues may struggle getting up and down to it on foot.
Night time was awful - stayed in room 802 and was wakened at all hours of the night by the noise in the hotel every single night during our stay.
The rooms have a fridge for storing food which was great for buying our own drinks. TV has British channels which was handy as not everything had reopened yet.
Hotel would be handy for anyone wanting to go to Magaluf strip.

Stayed here for a week and loved every second. Every single member of staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were super clean and spacious. We had a large bedroom, bathroom and living space. The living space had a handy fridge where you could store food/drinks and a TV with lots of English channels.

If you can I would recommend getting breakfast included. There is a massive selection of really great breakfast food and it sets you up for the day if you are going on excursions. We had dinner a couple of nights too and the selection of food for dinner was really good too.

It's a handy walk to either Magaluf or Palmanova from the hotel (less than ten minutes walking).

If you are into biking there is a lovely little bike rental about five mins away called Pele, we paid 13 euro for a full days rental.

The staff are really helpful if you need directions or advice. For instance we wanted to go to Palma for a day and they drew us a map of where to get the bus from.

Two slight downsides to be aware of (and not the hotels fault at all)

1. The hotel is located at the top of a steep hill. Not ideal if you had mobility issues. However there are plenty of taxis about if this was an issue.

2. There can be a lot of street noise between about 1-3am of party goers coming home from the clubs. However we just used ear plugs and that solved that!

Otherwise smashing hotel and really good value for money.

We have just come back from a 6 night stay in the hotel. The hotel is immaculate, however you are guaranteed to be awake between 01:00AM & 03:00AM. As all the bars, in Mallorca, currently shut at 01:00AM and the club-goers continue their parties in the corridors, on the balcony’s and in the rooms.

You can’t here anything from the Magaluf strip and the hotel seem to be ignorant to the noise from certain guests. 2 of the 6 nights some of the club goers were even jumping in the pool (again Staff not addressing this).

Whilst this may sound like a grumpy review, it is only factual. We appreciate that everyone goes on holiday to have a great time and with a great time comes noise, but this noise was excessive…. Screaming, shouting, banging, door slamming.

Another point I didn’t like is how the Staff would mop the corridors and stairs, and not put any signs up. More than a few times I nearly fell over. The rooms were cleaned daily. New towels daily. Air con is also super cold. There are a good pint of English channels on the TV. The Room only contained a fridge and hair dryer. No Kettle, Microwave, etc.

The hotel has 4 pools. 1 covered, 1 main pool, 1 kids pool and a small adult pool(jacuzzi size, no bubbles). The bar menu is good and reasonably priced. Few times it was cheaper to have lunch at the hotel, than in nearby restaurants.

The SPA supermarket below the hotel has also closed down. The steep hill you will l hear people refer to is of a reasonable gradient but manageable.

A lot of the area has closed down, not closed due to Covid and awaiting to reopen but fully closed with rental adverts on doors and shutters.

Would we come back, honestly… NO… but this hotel may be more suited to your 18-30 partygoers!

The shuttle literally dumped us outside the hotel and drove away without making sure we were all safe. Check-in was slow! The rooms were subpar and had brown stains on the sheets. The buffet was terrible, untasty, and mushy and my daughter was sick to her stomach during the stay and can only say that she was fine before staying at this hotel. They struggle with basic necessities such as pool towels, adequate shampoo, no kettle or plates, etc in the room, and seem to enjoy taking their time to get anything done. This hotel is a MUST NOT for any traveler. A complete waste of time and money. What a shame!!
