I have just returned from a lovely holiday at this hotel. There are a LOT of stairs to carry your bags up which is a struggle at the start and end of your holiday which is a pain, but if you are able to manage then it’s not a huge problem. The main point for me was that the hotel was very clean. Very well equipt. Didn’t use the facilities at the hotel so can’t comment on those. Great location and distance from the hotel, perfect for the beach and the local bars, and only a 15 minute walk from Magaluf. Overall lovely stay. Thank you.

We arrive in October late at night, the staff was absolutly amazing helping us with forms, showing around etc because i was on the wcheelchair they moved us to ground apartment which was fantastic, one phone call and they sorted out for us this room. During the day is always something to do on the pool side like water bingo and lots of other enterteinment for kids and adults. At the evening there is a kids disco, and every day different entertainment for adults so defe nobody will be boring. Staff amazing can do enough for you, very helpfull. We stayed SC but eat every day at pool bar food is amazing and fantastic drinks is well. Apartment very clean and large, very comfortable beds. We are comback this year again this time for 10 days. Cant wait till October to meet the staff and enjoy my holiday.…

Hotel is in an great location about 3 min walk from the beach. Reception staff were great and very helpful. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL IT IS MORE FOR GROUPS OF ADULTS. We read the reviews about loads of adult groups there in the summer but we thought it would be ok in September, but no the younger groups had gone but replaced with the over 30's groups . CONS:- We were on the 1st floor but still had to walk up 3 flights of steps with prams. Did not see any kids entertainers all week. Entertainment was very poor. Bar staff and pool bar staff were very ignorant apart from the lady she was very lovey and helpful. Only used the pool once as there were lots of groups around the pool so we went to the beach every day. PROS:- Excellant location of the hotel, room was ok, air con was great. We did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on this…

Reception staff and cleaners very friendly and helpful. The pool bar staff not so. The daytime entertainment was a bit repetitive. However, I would go again The gardens are beautiful. No lift. Varied evening entertainment.

Aquasol is in a very good possition near the beach and bars in Palma Nova but just to many stairs about the place no lifts. Over all the place was clean plenty sun beds at pool lots of stag and hen parties.

A lovely family focused apartments with restaurants if required. Excellent pool area. Well controlled lifeguard/first aid. Apartments are spacious and clean with all that is needed. Reception is excellent. Must mention David who was so helpful and went above and beyond expectations. a fantastic man…we have been twice. Will visit again. Thankyou

We stayed here for the last week of August in a 3 bedroom apartment. Our stay was very pleasant. Room: had all necessities. Aircon is a €10 deposit and worth it. Apartment was very spacious and was cleaned and towels replaced every other day. Pool: lovely size, however a good portion of the pool is 2.00m deep and for us with young children and myself who likes to be able to touch the floor it was a negative for us. Pool side was kept tidy and cleaned down daily. Only approximately 50 sunbeds that could be adjusted to sit up, rest were permanently flat. To get a decent spot and a good sunbed, you needed to go down around 7am to lay towels. The best spots for the sun are the hotel side of pool closest to the main function room. Barely any sun in the far side down between the pool bar and toilets, so if you want to sunbathe avoid this area. Plenty of space for beds and plenty of beds. Pool side bar is very good, lovely menu and in a Friday night it was BBQ night. Highly recommend purchasing your ticket for the BBQ. It's a BBQ buffet with free drink. Entertainment: entertainment team are fab. There was entertainment all day long and kids disco, bingo and show on an evening. For the first time on a holiday my children opted to go to the kids club where they played games and did crafts. Main restaurant: breakfast buffet is good, plenty to choose from, pastries, pancakes, fry up, cereal, fruit etc. Main buffet, we only tried once and it was a fajita style evening. Little shop inside the hotel for your basic necessities. Mini arcade entertainment area. All staff here are friendly and helpful. Probably best hotel staff I've come across. Location: less than 5 mins walk from the beach and shops/pubs/restaurants. Rogers bar in the seafront does incredible meat dishes. Really nice tandoori restaurant too. Play park near beach for kids. Katmandu is about a ten minute walk away (next door to an Aldi supermarket too). Western water park is fantastic for all ages and is about a 30 minutes walk for 5-10 mins on bus. (We bussed there and walked back through all pubs and shops). Pirates show in Magaluf is excellent. Bus straight outside the hotel number 123 takes you too all attractions. I read lots of reviews before coming here about groups Vs families and I can honestly say the mixture of ages here did not bother us. It was actually nice to have a range of ages and there was no trouble with noise or behaviour. Negative: depending on where your room is there are lots of steps at this hotel. Not wheelchair friendly. We would stay here again though.…

Just stayed in 1 Bedroom apartment (M4) after asking for quiet room. The room was clean and no noise all week. There are reviews for this week saying it’s a 18/30s hotel,in the last week in August we saw no groups only couples and families. Think the groups start coming out of school holidays. David on reception was very helpful and you could get a sun bed up to 11-12am. Always room on the grass by the pool. We had breakfast a few times and it was nice. Entertainment every night but we did not use it and food by the pool was good. Overall a very good week with no issues, friendly staff,clean rooms and good food. Thanks for a great week. ( we were 2 adults and 2 16 year olds)

A nice hotel in a really good location there are both pros and cons to this place but overall we had a lovely family holiday. The rooms are a lovely size nice and spacious but tbh could do with a really good deep clean. We kept getting a really bad drainage smell coming from the bathroom. Communal areas are nice but also dated and in need of a good clean. The staff are all really welcoming and pleasant as are the entertainment team lovely people always doing their best to keep people happy for us it was the highlight of our holiday our 7 year old loved the live shows especially the exotic parrot show. The food from the hotel bar is very average and tbh wouldn’t recommend it. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Small 24h shop onsite that’s very handy. Lots of steps at this hotel which was mentioned when booking was fine for us but our 68 year old mam struggled a little. Overall all we had a great time and loved Palma Nova would we stay at this hotel again not sure?…
