The hotel has been updated and the rooms are looking much better. Staff are very friendly and the location is excellent for eating out locally and walking along the nearby beach. We have stayed here many times before and will return.

I can not fault Ponent Mar. Facilities are fantastic. Staff speak excellent English which is a great help when you can't speak Spanish. What impressed me the most was that when I realised I had forgotten a valuable necklace, I contacted the hotel and they checked our room, found my necklace and returned it to me. What better service can...

This hotel is situated away from the hustle of Palma Nova but close enough to walk into the town. The check in was very professional and quick with the receptionist very helpful. We were allocated 408 a superior twin which is what we booked. The room was perfect although it had been recently refurbished and we were the first to...

I have stayed at the Ponent Mar at least ten times since 1997. The rooms and level of service have been consistently very good throughout the years. It is the only hotel I need on this fantastic island.

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Ponent Mar. Being January, it was very quiet and many hotels in Majorca were closed. However the Ponent was open in most areas, except for sunbeds around the pool, which were obviously not needed in January. We had a superior room overlooking the pool and bay of Palma Nova. It was...

This was my second time visiting Ponent Mar, and I really rate it. It's a lovely, clean and friendly hotel. The pool is situated in a lovely location and the views are beautiful from the pool deck, and most of the rooms! Definitely good for those who may want to visit Magaluf, but don't want to stay in the middle...

Spent 5 nights here with my 3 children age 9, 14 and 21. Couldn't fault it. Perfect location, perfect views, lovely and clean, friendly helpful staff and exactly what we were looking for. Plenty to do nearby but quiet relaxation time too. Snorkelling in the private cove just steps away from our room was the icing on the cake.

WE stayed here for 3 nights after a 7 night cruise and it was really good, great location, plenty of sunbeds and a nice pool. There was also other activities going on. Paella making demonstration by the chef and a chance to purchase it when cooked. Towels changed and rooms cleaned everyday.

Stayed for 10 days over Easter on a Stephen Roche cycling camp. Hotel is low rise with a feeling of space. Rooms are a good size with a kitchette but are relatively simple with the standard tiled floor. Ours was the cheapest category and overlooked a road, you might want to upgrade to an inward pool or sea facing room....
