Would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff! Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Johanna on front desk when we arrived at 3.20 am was extremely lovely as was Iman. There was also another lady whose name I have missed. Began with an A.
Beds were really comfortable, pillows soft and fluffy. Pool was small but nice enough to sit round. Quiet area perfect for relaxing. Great views of the lighthouse.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of usual choices- cooked/ pastries/fruit
Downside - no fridge or kettle in the room and the safe key was broken for our room so we had to move. Which was only next door so not too much hassle.
However the rooms were very clean and well presented. Beds made up during the day whilst we were out.
Generally a chilled back atmosphere around the whole place. We did have dinner booked but decided to eat out by choice so cannot comment on dinner service. Walking distance to shops the marina and beautiful bars/restaurants, also to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen! So far!
All in all - lovely place to stay!
Would I go back? Yes I would.

I was greeted warmly by Antonella, the receptionist on duty around 1pm ish. All of the staff in the Hotel were friendly and efficient and very approachable. My standard double room on the 4th floor had a side view of the sea in the distance over the roof tops of residential buildings.

Nice clean hotel, comfortable beds and lovely pool area. Breakfast was plentiful but evening food left a lot to be desired. Not much choice and what was there wasn’t particularly good, in my opinion. I know you shouldn’t expect 4* food in a 3* hotel but basics like rock hard potatoes and luke warm meals should be easy enough to sort out.

We had a wonderful stay in Belsana hotel. There is some place for improvement however the staff is doing really good job. Special thanks to Oleg V. at the front desk. He provided every information we need, check in was perfect, attitude like in 5 star hotel, amazing person, he surely deserve big bonus or promotion. Housekeeping really polite and welcoming, breakfast staff super friendly, smiling all the time and helping me with Spanish words.
I think the level of hospitality in this hotel is really high.
Things that i did not like so much is that you cannot take water to the dinner area. I understand that you are serving drinks during dinner however for the guests is a bit inconvenient. It is like you want to earn extra money for the hotel. Marketing like this should be hidden somewhere else. Extra paid wifi and Tv is horrible idea in 2022. Everywhere in the world wifi is free even in 2 star hotels.

We enjoyed our stay but there are some of things to improve
Poor quality of coffee during the breakfast
No possibility to take your own water to dinner - that's just a no go expecting guests to pay for water. Extra paid wifi is also terrible idea, but remote control to tv for 10 euros is just ridiculous. It seems that personel is doing their best and the owner want to rip the guests for extra money.
There are also some really good asset's like personel.
Oleg from the reception 10/10 he has knowledge, knows whole Mallorca without even looking at the map or computer. We were amazed by his guidance, checked everything he recommended, and it was just amazing.
Staff at the breakfast and housekeeping really polite helpfull smiling. Swimming pool relaxing and nice. We will definitely come back but ONLY because of lovely personel.

pleasantly and very happily surprised. This hotel is really coming along having walked past this hotel many times over the years we have just returned from a lovely long weekend (3 nights) and cannot praise enough. Staff are amazing, nothing too much trouble nice clean room beds made each door and bedding white fluffy towels - B&B was spot on breakfast was plentiful and hot. Go with an open mind hotel is clearly ongoing with an upgrade you won’t be disappointed- lovely pool and spectacular view. I do not give a 5 star often and yes this hotel still needs some modernisation but the welcome and amenities coupled with value and amazing staff and location make this a gem. We will return.

"Where to start" as they say. Although in August and the hotel was full, the place was dead - the pool has no snack bar (they say it does but it does not), and the main bar was deserted. Even the patio area with garden furniture, many of the seats were broken, and one 2-seater looked as though it had been demolished.
Our room was a disgrace. The laminate flooring had been poorly fitted, much of it loose with gaps, and at its worst in the bathroom where one of the laminate planks was springing up loose and fouled by the bottom of the bathroom door. The silicone sealant was poorly done, cracked and full of black mould - along junction of the flooring and WC pan, between the bathroom flooring and the walls black mould, and very bad in the shower area, a lot of black mould as the sealant was defective, cracked etc, with black mould.
The beds were old and grubby and worn out - even the edges of the beds were threadbare and badly worn. Also the mattress totally unsupportive and sagging. They did replace the mattress which wasn't as bad but still poor and still on a badly worn old bed base with threadbare edges.
The standard of finish throughout was very poor. Whoever had done the laminate flooring did so very poorly, and not rectified. I work in construction both newbuild and refab, it appears they've just accepted bad workmanship, never had it put right and it's gone downhill from there. The place needs gutted out and done professionally.
The staff try hard, especially Iman - she is very professional - but there appears to be a lack of investment by the owners. Even the hotel entrance canopy is falling apart - that is not the fault of staff but of those who own the property not investing and letting it go downhill. It would not surprise me if in the near future there were to be a change of ownership and the whole place gutted out and refurbished head to toe - it badly needs it. Including the ancient lift which seems to have been installed many decades ago. And even the row of clocks in Reception stating the time in various World Cities don't work and are all askew - a sign of a bygone era now sadly lapsed.
We thought that the Restaurant staff work really hard (especially the relatively young Manageress) and the wine and drinks there were reasonably priced but again the place is crying out for investment and refurbishment.
Even the stage in the main bar seemed to be cordoned off in a state of permanent dis-use together with the table tennis table next to it and pool table - both unused when we were there along with the deserted bar - even though the hotel was full - you could hear people commenting on how badly run everything seemed to be, and we heard a complaining guest in reception walking away with a disgruntled quip "...it doesn't work like everything in this hotel".
Sorry, but in our humble opinion this place is not 3-star, nowhere near, and it certainly does not compare favourably at all with other hotels we've been to with such as TUI and Jet2 - nowhere near their standard.
We will certainly never book again with Bellevue/BlueBay - very poor quality.

OMG…this place shouldn't be called a hotel, I honestly do not no where all the 4* reviews have come from and all positive comments, our stay was horrendous, we’re in our 50s and have never in our holiday lifetime been to such an awful rundown place to stay.
Hotel staff ok, restaurant staff very nice. Cleaners very nice
Rooms, smell of drains, old furniture, old TV with no stations, AC useless.
Restaurant old and grubby, same food put out every day, but they alternated the Turkey and white fish, we only eat dinner twice and found a pizza restaurant that was open to use
Pool was ok plenty of sunbeds because there was hardly anyone in the hotel, with it been august should have been a red flag.🙂↕️
The patio outside was terrible, old in need of serious revamping.
The view on the bay was very nice, but the seats very dodgy and dirty.
Outside the hotel was very dirty, dog dirt and litter every way on the paths and road, lots of boarded up buildings, this was august and nothing open
Please think twice in booking this hotel, it’s been that bad we will never book with TUI again, they promise a free up grade to a “Fairmont Gold Room” they don’t exist said the manager they just have basic double/twin rooms.
TUI made us wait for a full hour for one person flying in on another flight 😡 one person went over to speak to a TUI Rep a young lad, he said the person where waiting for, his flights been delayed so go back and just sit on the bus and wait…this guy went mad🤯, hence the bus left 5mins …minus the missing person from the other flight. Also we never saw 1 TUI Rep at this awful hotel to complain to
We will never be using TUI, again my Son said don’t use TUI, never again!!!!

The hotel deserves more than 2 stars. A beautiful view of the sea and the lighthouse, yachts and motorboats sailing to the Marina. The hotel is very clean, rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed. WiFi (freeof charge) in the rooms works very well. No problems with the air conditioning. Clean swimming pool, lots of sun beds and umbrellas. There are approx. 10 minutes' walk to the charming beach. Friedly staff. Meals are OK, everyone can choose something.

A really lovely hotel. I have just spent a fabulous week there with my granddaughter, who happily spent most of the week in the pool. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the bedrooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view from our room of the lighthouse was amazing. The food is good, something for everyone. I have read reviews about the food being poor but these are not accurate. This is an excellent 3 star hotel with 5 star views. I will definitely return.

The beach is a 10 min walk but well worth the walk as it is a lovely area with a few bars along the way .
we had a top floor room with amazing sun terrace and sundbeds and views of the sea was very nice.
Know this is way too late - but yes - a party of lads in the hotel went for a cliff jump - not for the faint hearted!
Yes there are clothes shops mostly for women with a good range
there is a sportswear shop and lots of bars restaurants serving a good range of food
The beach is a out 1 kilometre away plenty of bars and shops on the way at a slow walk 10 minutes.
we went out of season so there wasn't any entertainment so I don't really know what the situation is in high season
