Very nice, but lacked flair. Pools were absolutely freezing, our King Bed (and our surprise 'upgraded room) was twin beds with twin sheets and overlapping twin quilts. We had to buy a belt to keep beds from drifting apart, despite a request. Food was OK, a bit bland, often lukewarm in buffet. The Cabaret show was disturbing. Two poor young...

Just returned from a lovely holiday with my son, daughter in law and 2 year old granddaughter. Hotel had everything we needed. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Pools were very clean and catered for all ages. The Insi water park was a bonus. Excellent food choices in every restaurant. Got the chance to eat at the adults only restaurant...

We have just returned from 1 week in this hotel (2 adults and 2 kids, 12 and 14). The place is absolutely fantastic for toddlers, young kids and older ones and families. There is also an adult only area which is also very nice! We had a family room which was very spacious and the adult room was actually separated from...

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and we had a fantastic time. I travelled with my husband and 2 children and my parents. We stayed in suites with a pool view next to each other. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel was clean, food and drink was always avaliable as we stayed all inclusive. The...

Four night stay for some r&r. We went during the Easter holidays so there were a lot of children but the resort is well laid out for family and adult only areas. Spent all my time by the adult pool/bar with Balinese beds and relaxing music. Room was nice, very spacious with a nice balcony to sit with a drink...

Booked all independently, which worked really well. Flew easyjet from Bristol, prebooked PMI taxi's very good, 75 euros each way, about an hours drive. Worked...

We are a family of 5 (including a one year old baby) who decided to get a bit of sun at Easter. We booked relatively cheap flights, flying from Edinburgh to Palma via Ryanair. We arranger our own taxi to the hotel. We arrived on the first day that the hotel was open for the season and on first sight...

Hotel was very clean in rooms and communal areas. The food was all freshly prepared and well presented though variety was sometimes a bit random for my taste. Plenty of seafood, fruits, salad, vegetables, chips, meats but by about day 4 out of 7 it was starting to get monotonous for me. We stayed in block a which seemed to...

This hotel is lovely - the staff, food and hotel is brilliant. There is something to do for everyone. There is plenty of choice for food and entertainment throughout the day, which is great for families with children.

My family and I went on holiday to this resort for a week and it was lovely. When we first arrived JJ welcomed us, booked us in and was very helpful during our stay whenever we required help. We stayed in the main block which was great as it is close to the entertainment, pool and buffet restaurant. The buffet...
