Seaclub Alcudia Mediterranean Resort is celebrated for its tranquil, family-oriented atmosphere and modern, well-maintained facilities, including multiple pools and grounds that guests consistently find clean and inviting. While opinions on room comfort and amenities diverge, the spotless and spacious accommodations receive their share of praise. The staff's friendly and attentive service is a highlight, contributing positively to guests' stays. However, travelers advise that some of the hotel's additional costs for amenities and dining can feel steep. Its location garners approval for being close to beaches and local attractions yet peaceful and easy to access.

We have been staying in SeaClub for 10 years and never been dissatisfied! The service is outstanding from the receptionists to the cleaning staffs. The surroundings are lovely with flowers and green grass everywhere. The rooms are spacious and fresh and clean. We’ve been staying in various rooms and there have never been any complain about anything.
There’s several pool areas to choose from and they also have a splash area for the younger kids. This year they’ve upgraded the basketball court to artificial grass, my son loved it and made lots of friends playing football.
It feels safe to have a lifeguard on duty and we love the pool games during the day.
SeaClub doesn’t deserve any negative reviews, I can guarantee that for sure! During these 10 years we’ve making friends with other guests who keeps coming back as we do, that’s a receipt for excellent service! I would give SeaClub 10 star if there was a choice.

My husband, myself and our four small children aged from 6 to 6 months stayed self-catering in Sea Club for 9 nights which we booked with Jet2. We were very pleased with our 1 bedroom apartment and two cots and two high chairs were supplied quickly. It was spacious and clean and housekeeping called every day, if needed.
Self- catering suited us perfectly, though I would recommend taking the longer walk to Lidl for some items as the local Spar is more expensive. There are many family friendly restaurants in the local area and we paid one night to eat at the buffet in the restaurant which had a good variety but was rather hot and would have been too expensive for the small amount our children eat!
There was a kettle, microwave and two ringed hob in the kitchen. Our youngest is still only bottle fed and in the local shops there was plenty of bottled water suitable for preparing feeds and enough pans for sterilising etc.
It was extremely hot during our stay but the air conditioning in the apartment ensured we were all comfortable.
The hotel is very family friendly, each pool has a baby section and there is a kids club room in area D with staff, soft play, toys and daily crafts which our children loved. This was especially useful during the heat of the mid- afternoon which was too hot for the children.
One day we hired a car from a local rental in Alcudia which was great To explore the island a little. And another day we booked a trip to palma aquarium with jet2 which again was worthwhile.
One word of warning is that there are mosquitos in this area so definitely bring your bug spray and cream!
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families.

Had a lovely stay at Sea Club. We were self catering and located in a studio in D block. The room was bright and pleasant with Air Con which we set to the max and together with the ceiling fan kept the room cool on the hottest of days. There was only very limited British TV channels BBC1, BBC2 & CBBC plus radio but the wifi worked well. Plenty of pools to choose with something for everyone and lovely grounds with shady trees. Plenty of Sun loungers and parasols with no need to gets up early to grab one. We ate a few times at the pool bars and the snacks were good. Pool towels available for a deposit and €1 to change them and there’s a free laundry room which is handy with an area where guests leave handy unwanted items and books. Special shout out goes out to the staff who were always welcoming, helpful and smiling, especially Richardo and the other staff at the pool bar.

Stayed in July 2021. On arrival dropped off in wrong area so spent 20 minutes wondering around in 30’ heat trying to find reception. When we finally got to our apartment it was very small. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the air conditioning was very poor. We were all inclusive. The breakfast was ok but the buffet lunch and dinner was terrible. Small amount of food, limited choice and of poor quality. During the day we would order bar snacks from the pool bar which operated 11-12 or 1430-1800. You could get things like nachos, pizza, burgers etc. This was ok so we did this and avoided the buffet. The only problem was the waiters were very rude and told me “ it was a lot of work for the kitchen, too much!”. My kids waited 1 hour for their food one day. We ended up eating out a lot for dinner as we felt very disappointed with the food, service and unwelcoming staff. The room cleaning was very limited and variable with towels only getting changed twice in 10 days. At the end of our stay myself and the three kids tested positive for covid despite keeping ourselves to ourselves and spending our time outside. The staff did bring bar snack type food to our room 3 times per day until we were moved to a covid hotel (from hell). We didn’t ask for anything else as we always felt we were bothering staff. The lady at reception was lovely who used to call us at the room. Overall not a great stay. I always had fond memories of Majorca of nice buffets and friendly staff but not here. Would rate this 2 star and would not recommend!

We stayed in 2 studio apartments. They were well equipped and very clean . The cleaners did an excellent job sweeping daily changing towels if not daily, every other day, and bedding changed at least twice a week.
Bathroom large and good walk in shower.
There is plenty to do for children and a fab splash pool. There is entertainment offered however we didn’t use this facility. As it was very early in the season not all pools and snack bars were open.
The gym is free, shame there isn’t an indoor pool as it was too cold to use the outdoor ones.
The Wi-Fi was fine however the British tv channels were not good - pixelating and unwatchable.
We were fortunate to have quiet neighbours but I can imagine it could be noisy if people not so considerate.
Location is good, less than 10 mins to the beach and 20 mins to the port, pleasant walk if you go via the promenade.
Reception staff helpful and we hired a car which arrived quickly and was reasonably priced.
My only gripe is my grandson left his jacket when the airport transfer arrived and it was apparently handed into reception and I have messaged twice to ask if it can be returned to me but no response yet. And I was charged again for tourist tax which my daughter had already paid.
Other than that a good experience.

Booked here last minute for £780 self catering and had a lovely holiday. When we first arrived there wasn’t much open close by but things were gradually opening as it got closer to Easter. The rooms were big, clean and modern and the shower was huge more like a wet room with a really powerful shower. The resort itself is amazing for kids with multiple pools, playgrounds and grass areas. The pools were freezing although lots of kids did brave it although ours wouldn’t which was a shame although I imagine in summer they may feel warmer. The staff were all friendly and nice enough especially Trudi on reception she was really friendly and happy to help.
We used the kids club twice which was nice and the children loved all the crafts and the PlayStation, the staff in there were great with the kids.
The gym was good with loads of equipment available although quite busy with locals.
Bike hire from the hotel was great value and allowed us to get to the port in 5 mins as opposed to walking 20 mins with 2 whinging kids. The port is nice with lots of restaurants and a nice beach.
The only downside I found was the night entertainment wasn’t great although I think it was due to the fact we came early April although I thought with it being Easter holidays it would have been better.
Tips : block C rooms and pool seemed the best in my opinion as close to everything.

would seem that the seaclub is a great place for families but less so for couples.

Pros
The staff are all friendly and helpful
The apartment we stayed in was well furnished, modern and comfortable.
Plenty of sunbeds around the pool areas.
Good choice of food at breakfast.

Cons
As a couple wanting a relaxing break we found it a little too family orientated. The hotel caters mainly for families and there were some huge, loud groups there during our stay. When we booked, the website said there was an adults only pool, they've done away with this and all the pool's are used by everyone. Every pool is full of toys and inflatables, the hotel makes no attempt to remove them and they are left lying about the gardens or in the pool's making it very unpleasant to swim. Not once have we seen a pool cleaner, and the pools we've been in are grimy and full of sand. Towels from previous guests have been left on sunbeds for the duration of our stay, again no attempt to remove them.
It gives the impression of it not being looked after.
Very 'all inclusive' attitude by large numbers of guests make it uncomfortable to sit around the pools.

Onto cleaning, we've stayed a week, arrived weds and the room was cleaned daily until Saturday then nothing, shower gel dispenser ran out and not replenished and we had to ask the cleaner for extra loo roll when we saw her doing her rounds.

Evening entertainment is the same old same old, think labour club! The main lounge/bar area isn't a comfy relaxing place to sit. Just functional.

We didn't eat ìn the "restaurant" as its massive, no ambience, very loud and had more of a works canteen feel to it.

The location is pretty dire, the grounds are huge and the hotel is very spread out with man made canals and roads running through it, its all very open to the public so security could be an issue, the canals are stagnant and are a bit whiffy, not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind. Our room was near the back of the hotel and outside are lots of closed down bars and restaurants, giving the impression of a run down area.

The walk to the beach is about 10 mins, 20 into the harbour, but not a pleasant stroll along a very busy main road.
Better to head to the beach and walk along the beach path.

Obviously from my comments its clear that we wouldn't stay here again but maybe ok for families?

We stayed bnb and used the smaller restaurant near what was the adults only area but found it very noisy.

The pools are always full of inflatables which are left behind by other guests, staff don't remove them so much so there's no room to swim.

Pool areas are tatty, we've not seen any of them being cleaned,

Lovely little complex with plenty of pools and plenty of sun beds. Everyday without fail we managed to get sun beds right next too one of the pools which is great.

The hotel rooms itself are spacious and very modern lovely large walk in shower, Large bedroom plenty of space for a family of 5. As the complex is so large if you get out over the back you very rarely see any staff only the cleaners who do a wonderful job daily. No shortage of fresh towels.

Only downside is there isn’t any air conditioning in the rooms. No matter what anyone says the little fan in the ceiling isn’t air conditioning the rooms are cool in the day time but you’ll have trouble sleeping at night.

Over our total of 9 nights I was averaging only 6 hours sleep because it was so hot in the evening, spoke to reception twice they just aren’t interested and just palm you off with a different excuse everyday. The evening entertainment is very poor and boring so we never used this facility and the bar is very expensive if your self catering €4.50 for half a pint of cruzcampo local bars your only paying €3 a pint for estrella or San Miguel.

However a short walk there is loads of lovey but bars for food and drinks all reasonably priced. Pizza Angelo does a lovey fillet steak.

I cannot comment on the all inclusive food as we didn’t have all inclusive however from what I saw I’m glad we didn’t book all inclusive as it’s not a buffet style all inclusive you have to order from a menu and wait for it to be cooked so a limited selection.

Overall great hotel with great family pools however the entertainment and air con lets it down.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing us for your stay and taking time to share your experience. We´re glad you have enjoyed and to value positively our rooms, pools, and green areas. Regarding our all-inclusive offer, we have a huge buffet restaurant, just in front of reception, plenty of different dishes and show cooking, where every day you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beside that restaurant, we have 3 snack bars, where all our guests can have drinks or snacks from 10:00 till 18:00. We´re sorry for air con issue because we had troubles with our system during those days. But of course, all our apartments have an a/c system. We would like have chance to show you our improvements, so we hope to welcome you during your next holiday journey. Kind Regards.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, self catering with family. The room was very nice and clean, we stayed in a two bed apartment with two bathrooms, it was very spacious and disability friendly with an accessible bathroom and bedroom. The cleaners came in almost everyday to make the beds, give new towels in the bathrooms and sweep and mop the floors. Our apartment came with a small kitchen area with pretty much everything you need, there were plenty of cutlery and bowls and plates etc. The hotel itself is very nice and very big, it has 4-5 pools and a kids splash pad which are in their own zones, for example there are zones A, B, C and D each with their own pool, zone D has around 3 sections to it and two of these come with a pool and the other with a kids splash pad and kids club. The entertainment team on site did activities at each pool everyday which they would alternate each day, there was entertainment at night which changed each night and a kids mini disco every night too. Not sure what the restaurant on-site was like as we didn’t eat on site. There is a spar facing the hotel as you come out from reception and within 5 minute walk there are shops, restaurants and the beach, there are also bus links too to go to other areas on the island. Theres a shop around 10 mins from the hotel and you are able to change money into the currency that you need and there’s a pharmacy next door to this shop. The supermarkets near the hotel are quite expensive so I would advice walking around 10 mins to the Lidl to save money. I would say this hotel is very family friendly and very suitable for children or just for a relaxed holiday in general. Please be aware that it’s a big complex and you will have to do plenty of walking especially if you are in the D zone.
The shop to change money is called Colber Supermarket. Some other places you can eat at are funny bunnies, white rose and champion.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for a 10 night holiday in August 2022. This was our 3rd time staying here but we hadn't been since 2019, since Covid. We wasn't sure how things would be due to the impact of covid but we needn't have worried!! It was amazing as always! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! A special mention and a huge thank you has to go the team at the Sea shell pool bar - Ricardo, Fernanda, Hamza and Marisol. The food and service there goes above a 5 star rating! They work with such enthusiasm and nothing is too much trouble! In fact, the whole team of staff at Seaclub work with great enthusiasm be it from the cleaning staff to the reception staff and everyone in between!
We stayed in Block D which is only across a small road from the rest of the resort! We preferred being across that side! We even requested it! The air conditioning in our apartment worked perfectly! We even had ceiling fans which was an added bonus!
The apartment was spacious and clean! The only days the apartment doesn't get cleaned is a Sunday and Wednesday but you can live with that!! We was all inclusive and there was always a good selection of food on offer! Wouldn't do it any other way!
We caught the bus to Inca Market which is on a Thursday! Would highly recommend a visit there! Much better than the Alcudia market which is on a Tuesday and Sunday!
The evening entertainment was okay too. A variety of tribute acts and magic shows etc. Normal run of the mill!
Lidl is a 10 minute walk from the resort which is cheaper than the Spar supermarkets! The beach is only a 10 minute walk also! Beautiful beach and port!
To summarise we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend! Already thinking of booking again with Jet2 for next year if the price is right!!

Not only are towels provided, but extras are often left. As a family of 4, we had 9 bath towels at one point. Great to also be given pool towels as we had our own too but that meant we saved those for the beach x

Hi they are lovely travel cots with cosy duvets and pillows (all optional!) and soft mattress. My grandson loved his. Very clean and bedding changed daily if you want.

We stayed in block D in May/June this year and it was honestly a 5 min walk from the main restaurant. It seems like a walk until you get your bearings then you’ll realise it is just around the corner!
