An experience full of details. From the moment you arrive at the place, everything is easy. Attention with luggage, a perfectly equipped room, perfect restoration and much more. Let's go in parts: The arrival. They helped us with the luggage by collecting it from our vehicle and putting it in the room that they later gave us, thus being able to enjoy the place from minute 0. The room. Once in the room, the bed trapped you! The set of sheets and pillows was great, absolutely comfortable. The bathroom has all the details and in our case a large bathtub and a cozy shower. All kinds of amenities completed it. We ended the day on the terrace of the room, breathing fresh air and without a single noise. In the morning, a varied buffet allowed us to have breakfast without missing anything, accompanied by an extensive menu of hot products, in which we recommend the avocado and salmon toast. At lunch time, a simple but at the same time very complete menu. With dishes once again very careful and at very reasonable prices. We recommend the Tuna Poke, it's delicious! In the afternoon, on the loungers by the fascinating pool, with views of the spectacular mountain, we used to order a cocktail, which, as it could not be otherwise, was presented with a very careful presentation. And after a walk through the SPA, shower and dinner. We were lucky enough to try the terrace for dinner with unparalleled lighting and on the last day the ROOTS restaurant inside, since it was raining. The restaurant is beautiful. We liked it a lot. The dinner menu is super complete and always accompanied by a very elaborate appetizer from a magnificent team of chefs. We were able to enjoy Claudia's hands. On this occasion we decided to give ourselves a 140-minute massage, which despite its price (which is worth every euro), left us speechless. We had never received a massage like this. Absolutely impressed and relaxed. We will repeat with complete security since it is worth it and it will be an experience that we will not forget.
In summary: The place is impressive, adults only, pure tranquility. The human team, sensational. From reception, restoration (all magnificent and dedicated to their work with great professionalism), of course the SPA, the maids, maintenance, all great, friendly, polite and above all hardworking. A beautiful hotel and perfect if you need to get away from it all and totally switch off. Beauty can be found at every turn. The warmest of welcomes at our late arrival after 10pm although I wouldn't recommend driving there so late in the darkness as the road is quite tricky, but a great night sleep in the comfiest of beds, crisp white linen and amazing pillows was just what was needed. A calming meditation from Claudia and her magnetic energy on the spa terrace followed the next morning making for a perfect start to any day surrounded by the spectacular scenery. And a late lazy lunch with Lluigi one of 3 resident peacocks rounded off an exquisite start to our trip here in Majorca. The staff are warm and engaging from reception to the general manager. We will be back.

Amazing experience and highly recommended. The hotel is very nice and very different from normal as each room is different being like little houses each. The common areas are very nice and surrounded by an incredible environment such as the rectantana. Breakfast and the restaurant a la carte Roots de 10. Last but not least is the team of del.hotel workers who make the customer’s stay more than perfect. I was able to meet and chat with several employees from the Director who I thought was a great Pro, such as the reception team, waiters and cleaning team highlighting a person (Mari Luz ) who conveys a passion for his work and for customer service that I loved since nowadays it is not so easy to find people like that. Hotel highly recommended to go at any time of the year as it has a spa for those days when it is somewhat colder.

This is not our "normal" type of hotel choice...we were aware it is "isolated" and it really is. Nowhere within any sensible strolling distance, a car/taxi takes around fifteen/twenty minutes to get there from Puigpunyet and it is not a relaxing drive. Yet the hotel is excellent, beautifully situated, wonderful renovations (the hotel re-opened in Sept' 2023) and some marvellous staff. We booked for three nights which was a great choice, any longer may have been too much for us. So the detail - reception, we were a little disappointed as to why the receptionist prioritised phone calls rather than focussing on getting us to our room (it was late and we were tired...a welcome drink may have helped!). The room itself (junior suite) was gorgeous but dark, even in the middle of the day, the terrace never got any sun at any point. If we had arrived earlier we would have asked to change but the hotel should gave offered this anyway. Those were the negatives, the positives are numerous, all restaurant/bar/cleaning staff were superb, breakfast is excellent, indeed all food is good, some dishes very good. Just one point, as you are there with no alternative eating options it would have been nice if the menu/specials had changed during our stay. But regardless the food on offer was of a high standard. The prices are really fair, 8 euro for a very good cocktail, 5 euro for a large beer being two examples. The swimming pool is lovely and there is always a sun bed available. As a different type of holiday venue for us it was well worth trying this hotel, would we encourage you to try it? Most definitely.

A stay that exceeded my expectations... Two friends went to spend a week and we both loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed by all the hotel workers. Everyone is lovely!! We arrived very tired from the trip and even though we had arrived before check-in time, our room was already ready and they let us in earlier. The room was one of the most basic and still, it was beautiful with a large bathtub. At reception they recommended several beaches in the north of the island and some restaurants to eat at, although most nights we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was too good... lots of variety of food and fruit. Also, my friend has gluten intolerance and they adapted very well. The surroundings are spectacular and although you go along a mountain road to get there, it is safe and does not feel dangerous. It is very worth going to this hotel and I will surely return.

We have just returned home to relentless rain and grey skies in the UK and are longing to go back to this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived to the warmest of welcomes and left to the kindest of goodbyes, we had a perfect time. The location is beautiful - nestled in a wooded valley surrounded by mountains - and the historic finca has been converted with grace and sensitivity. The whole environment is full of light, space, tranquillity and a tangible connection to nature; we sat for hours by the pool simply enjoying the azure blue skies and the stunning scenery. The room was lovely, with a really comfortable bed, and all the amenities very good. Food was delicious. It was a delightful place in which to unwind, relax and recharge. Most of all, it was a place where every single member of staff we met - from reception to housekeeping to restaurant to spa - was absolutely charming, helpful and efficient. We loved meeting everyone and witnessing how the guests were cared for with warm-hearted dedication. Bravo to Nicolas and his entire team! You have all created something magical!
