We stayed here in February 2016. Why I say it is confusing is that it has been renamed "Bahia Playa Blanca" and you have to book in at another hotel which is next door. We also feel that it would have helped to have written instructions about the set up and what to do in an emergency etc. I must...

The self catering apartment we stayed in was very roomy, clean, pleasantly decorated, large balcony with a separate clothes drying area on other side of the apartment. The layout of the accommodation blocks with pools and pool bars was excellent, well landscaped and privacy and the location of Cay Beach Papagayo itself was secluded - well away (almost 2km) from...

On arrival we were dropped at the reception to another hotel, we were aware of this so no big deal, check in was pretty smooth - credit card swipe for pool towels (which we would have to go back for the following day) and remote control, fapretty standard so off we went to our room. Stayed 08/11/2015-15/11/2015 Having been in Lanazrote before we decided a last minute to Playa Blanca again this could not be faulted. The apartment was amazing number 108...great location....pool area spotless...Pool bar great...service with a smile...We went all inclusive and the food was great...Staff in restaurant service with a smile nothing was to much trouble...The animation fella Sema was a brilliant...

Me and the missus have just returned (26.10.2015) from holiday and we had a lovely two weeks at the Bahia Playa Blanca (formerly Cay Beach Papagoya). Such a beautiful quiet resort you have your own little bungalo all equipt with fridge ,kettle, cooker. Addie kids entertainer was brilliant always happy and friendly. Tony rammas resterant is a must to book!!. Good beer (self service) pool bbq with the biggest steaks i have ever seen in my life were to die for!. Night time entertainment fab.... snake...

We really enjoyed the hotel, the location, didn't eat as we were self catering but the kitchen had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean, good fittings, staff brilliant, our cleaner was lovely, marcel on reception great too.
