Nice neat place. Clean rooms friendly staff
But I guess on website sold itself better than the actual grounds
The surrounding is nice but a few things were off...break fast was a mess too many people and almost no organization from the staff present....

The hotel is nicely located - walking distance to the nearby town, accessible and yet away from the traffic noise, convenient for bicycle trips and amidst a forest.
Check in was at 2 pm and we had to wait at least 40 minutes more until we get our room. That was not what you want when you are travelling with a baby. When the little one started to get grumpy, we were told they will try to finish our room first.
We were given a room on the ground floor. Which was nice as it is easy to access with the pram, easy to go into the garden and the pool. What was not nice was that the room was very small. There was our bed and the baby cot and 30 cm to access the beds on one of the sides. The baby bed mattress was overdue changing. We had to make it work though as our bed was actually two beds put together and moving apart at the slightest motion. The windows were extremely dirty. There was no mosquito net. Thank God, there were no mosquitos but we couldn't get fresh air into the room. You cannot leave a window wide open when even a 5 year old can climb up into the room.
Breakfast was ok. The fresh fruit variety could be bigger, otherwise I think it was nice.
Nice big parking, good Internet. Menues only in Dutch :-) So good luck with that room service if you don't speak the language.
We did enjoy our stay but more due to the surroundings than to the hotel.

Hartelijke groet, Danielle Dijkstra & team

The Service at the hotel was good, its a nice hotel and the breakfast and food were fantastic.
The rooms were big enough with a nice view and outdoor seating area.
We stayed here especially to go to the Kroller Muller Museum which is 20 KM away. We hired bikes for 9 Euros each which was a really good deal and cycled to the tourist information Windmill in the village and they gave us all the help we needed.
It was nice to have a swim when we got back although the pool is not heated.
The only down side was the room was not cleaned properley and tea and coffee ect were not replenished.
Would recommend this hotel for a nice quiet relaxing time.

Just completed a one night stay at this hotel
On arrival I checked in and was given the key to my room
The room was clean and well appointed
After about 10 minutes I decided to seek food and refreshments so headed to the bar area which was very nice
Within 5 minutes I was informed my car had been broken into and on inspection the side window had been smashed

Nothing taken but I obviously had the issue of damage to deal with which the receptionist was only too happy to help
The disappointing part was that she advised me this was a regular thing !!

I advise if your in the area don’t stay here as your car is not safe although the hotel and its staff are most helpful

Such a shame

We stayed in a ground floor room with a small terrace for two nights (a Friday and Saturday night).

Let us start with the good points. The hotel is well located in a beautiful woodland. The quality of food in the restaurant at dinner was good, albeit expensive.Stephanie, in the restaurant, provided excellent service.

But the overall standard was disappointing. The room was reasonably large, but very dated. The screens on the shower were broken. Breakfast was of a poor standard with limited choice. Breakfast was particularly unsatisfactory on the Sunday, when the room was very crowded and many items ran out. In general there didn't seem to be enough staff.

Housekeeping was disorganised and our room wasn't made up during our visit. The selection of channels on the TV system seems strange, with an unusually large number of german channels.

I stayed here towards the end of April with a group of 7 friends. We stayed in one of the bungalows and we had an amazing time. The weather was fantastic, the bungalows were situated in a way where all the residents had their own privacy but we didn’t feel like we were alone. The hotel bit has some light entertainment in terms of snooker tables and slot machines. We didn’t eat any food from them but we did have drinks, prices were reasonable and the service was top notch ( thank you again Fernando!) The location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere ( I think that’s the point though), we travelled around by car. There’s a petrol station, a supermarket and a lovely little snack bar about a 5 minutes drive away.
There was a small issue towards the end of our stay with regards to our deposit but the hotel went above and beyond to resolve this. Thank you so much Evelyn (sorry if I spelt it wrong, a.k.a the fastest walker in the world!)

Even though I am not an outdoorsy person, I would recommend this place as it really was a great experience.

The location is super if you want to go out into the nature, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.
The hotel has a nice bar where you can drink specialty beers, play pool or play other games.
The only downside is that the rooms are very cold. When you enter them pit on the heating on 30 degrees and leave your room to go out. When you get back the room is warm.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a good choice.

This is a nice Hotel surrounded by a little forest in quiet surroundings. We had a 3 bed room (not a big one), with a descent bath room. Breakfast table was god and it’s possibilities to reserve a dinner table. The hotel have own bicycles so it’s easy to go to the nearest small village Garderen ( 1.3 Km ) for a meal ( will recommend you to try the Chains restaurant ‘Camposing’ ) .

Free Internet, wheelchair friendly, beds are god (turns against soft ) and a pleasant staff.
( Pokémon place J )
A place to try.

We arrived at this hotel after a very long journey and expected a comfortable quite night . In reality it was a comfortable night but very loud because of a fan keeping turning on and off. We tried to switch AC but it did not help at all. We were so tired that we even did not bother to notify reception about this and fell asleep without any further difficulties. In the morning we enjoyed tasty Dutch breakfast but it was difficult to spot a waiter to ask about anything. We travel with a disabled child so we also appreciate any facilities for disabled and having a room on the second floor far a way from a lift and no parking space available for disabled was not a nice experience. I must admit that we were allowed to park our car next to the entrance so it was very convenient for our kid. Early in the morning we went for a walk and admired the forest and nearby village and it was a pity that we had to carry on with our travel. There wer also some discrepancies between a booking form and the information from reception-we had to leave our room at 11:00 a.m. not at noon as stated on the booking form.
