Detailed Reviews
Very nice hotel in the middle of the woods. Beautiful surroundings! Staff were very friendly and helped us out with changing our room. Dinner and breakfast were both nice, despite COVID measures. All in all a great stay and great value for money!

The hotel is o.k. but not top quality. I was a bit surprised how the staff during breakfast clean the tables. It does not look they are aware of covid.
The room was clean, but basic.
The surrounding/neighbourhood is pretty and worth visiting. Nice villages worth visiting

My 2 sisters and I spent 1 night there and had a great time. We booked the E-Steps though the hotel and used them for 6 hours. The front desk gave us a great map to use and were very helpful.
Rooms were good value, I paid 70 euros for my single room and my 2 sisters paid 110 euros for the double. Very clean, comfortable beds and nice amenities in the bathroom.
Fairly thin walls, because my neighbour woke me up with his sneezing.
Beautiful location in the middle of the woods.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The facilities are very old, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything from the shared spaces and other rooms. The bathroom and room are as basic as it gets, no bathtub, air-conditioning, mini fridge, coffee, tea etc available. It looks more like a camping facility or bungalow than like an actual hotel. In my opinion it's too expensive for what it offers and you can get better value for money somewhere else. The staff isn't very nice either, we were actually greeted quite rudely by the reception desk who told us we had 4 minutes to decide what we wanted for dinner as it was 5.56PM when we arrived and apparently you have to choose until 6PM. When we arrived in our room there was a card saying we aren't allowed to order food from outside, so basically if you arrive after 6PM, you're not allowed to have dinner since restaurantes are closed due to Corona. The only nice things were the view to the forest and the bed, which was quite comfortable.

This hotel is unethical if possible book any other hotel.
I made a reservation at hotels.com to stay at this hotel from Friday the 15th of April till Monday the 18th of the same month.
One day before, I asked an agent of Hotels.com if I could have an additional bed because a friend was coming, and the agent took note and supposedly sent a message to the hotel requesting an additional bed.
The following day, I arrive to the hotel and not only did they not have an additional bad, but they said they never received a message from one of the agent of hotels.com, but that they were sorry and my friend couldn’t stay because the room was very small and it was against fire regulation policy.
The agent at the desk was very polite and was trying to help me find other hotels, and she said that it did not depend on the hotel but on the Hotels.com application to make the charge and that so far there was no charge. I was able to find another hotel.
A few days later I found out that the hotel charged me the full stay, and that they are the ones that are denying the refund but they never stated that there’s a fire hazard.
And even the agent who attended me said that it depended on Hotels.com to make the charge and not at the hotel so I will definitely be very careful about putting my money on a hotel like this.

Room dirty, bathroom stinky dirty, really out of date, and the price they charge is just ridiculous. I slept in better chicken huts.
Felt like I was walking around an old people's home , Really think twice about staying here.

+1
Absolutely terrible! We rented a "Deluxe" room. Paid 175eur. for one night. Obviously renting a "Deluxe" room you expect something a bit fancy but it was far from that. It was actually bellow mediocre I would say, we were quit shocked. And the breakfast suppose to be included, but it was few pieces of cheese and dry bread, I could tell it's not fresh. Fresh bread is never dry... Just sad. No dignity of owners to charge such money for value delivered. Very disappointing.

Visited the hotel for a training. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. Besides the conference room there are serveral options for outdoor activities. We had a very good lunch and the breakfast was not extended but of good quality. The rooms are basic and the bathroom is a bit outdated. But it was clean and served it purpose. The staff is very cooperative and friendly.
