We stayed here as a birthday treat for my son. A zebra room - with a view of the car park, something to be aware of. The room was lovely with zebra pictures and cushions. My two boys (aged 9 & 10) loved the bunk beds and their own tv!Couldn't find a hairdryer - not sure if there was one...

We (Hubby, 4 year old and I) stayed in a Gruffalo room at the start of May. The good stuff: The Gruffalo theme in the room was fantastic, our son was mesmerised. Our room was overlooking the reserve, it was incredible to look out of the window and see the animals wandering around. Breakfast is good, it is available nice...

Firstly I would say that my 7 year old Son enjoyed the stay we had on the 20th May 2017, and didn't notice some of the issues we experienced. The hotel looks great and when we initially arrived at around 11.00 am, we were seen fairly quickly at reception and told we could book the evening meal at the console...

Fabulous weekend and the hotel and facilities are great for the kids. Gruffalo room not worth the money but the aztec and safari rooms were fantastic value for money. Plenty of choice at breakfast and quite relaxing as far as help yourself goes.

This hotel is themed very well. The hotel was clean, tidy and inviting. It has everything you need from a theme park hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the swimming pool, it was small and cramped. From what I can remember you have to book a slot to use the pool.

Initially we had a wonderful time, we were checked in much earlier than anticipated and given a "free room upgraded" (later we found out this was actually due to the 2nd floor being closed for redecoration, so it was the only option) As is normal for hotels now I had to pay £50.00 deposit on arrival (more about this to...

We stayed over in a gruffalo room on a Sunday in May. We arrived just before 10 on the Sunday to our allocated parking space and entered hotel. First impressions great. Kids loved the roundabout with animals on and then inside the Madagascar screenings whilst I sorted a few things. At 2 we came back to check in abd check...

Hotel is very clean and feels like it's been recently refreshed. We chose a giraffe room and it was very nice. Fun details and finishing touches. Good views of the safari area and honestly on the summer day that it was, you could be mistake for thinking you were somewhere far more exotic! A few things that let the experience...

Stayed here for night for a treat for our 5yr old in the gruffalo room, this room is AMAZING, so much attention to detail we absolutely loved it, whoever designed this room deserves lots of credit especially loved all the sound effects from the film when leaving the room! On a more negative note the customer service within the hotel...
