Check in was straightforward, room was a good size facing the front, you pay extra for a view to the rear, however we felt why pay more for something you will see when you step into the park, we ate at the safari Grill, excellent food and service, the staff were nice and friendly, will defo use hotel again when...

The whole hotel was beautifully and aptly decorated. We were two people in one room. One small bar of soap to share (good job we had our own). Very comfortable room though with hospitality tray that could have done with a couple more tea bags. I prefer cups and saucers to mugs. A lovely view over the animal enclosures from...

Our experience was not good, the reception staff were all very young and inexperienced they made errors and panicked. The restaurant was terrible, treated badly , poor food, .awful experiences with our disabled Son whilst attempting to get breakfast . Then to completely disgust us the hotel took a second full payment for our stay from my debit card which...

Having waited an hour for our main course to arrive in the evening during eating my bacon and cheese burger I found the bacon to be cold and was then sick all night night and the next day. Then really didn't want to eat anything in the breakfast buffet

We stayed for 1 night which gave us 1 night in the hotel, 2 days in the park & 2 days car parking. We paid to upgrade our room to make sure we got a room with a view of the animals (rooms with an odd number). The room was comfortable & clean, with a good view (see my picture)....

We had no expectations of the hotel but were very pleasantly surprised. It's pretty new so everything is clean and tidy and works. The rooms aren't big but they're big enough and you aren't going to spend long in them. The kids loved the bunk beds. Our room was on the side overlooking the park, rather than overlooking the car...

We stayed here on a voucher weekend. We had never stayed here before and had not read any reviews so had no expectations. We arrived at about 10am - well before our checkin time of 3pm. The hotel reception lobby area just seemed quite chaotic with people checking out and people checking in and people jumping queues. I had to...

Very disappointing stay. Standard room terrible with a double and sofa bed (not the bunk beds as our previous stay in a standard room). Sofa bed not fit for purpose with very poor quality frame and mattress and a poor nights sleep had by all. Not the relaxing stay we were looking forward too. Booked through a deal website so...

We booked this hotel over the weekends. Didn't have much expectation however the stay was very good. The Zafari restaurant is bit expensive but food very good. There was an evening entertainment for kids which keep them engaged. The breakfast was fantastic. Swimming pool, steam & sauna was well maintained however whirlpool was closed. The view from room was good...

Great rooms. Great Zoo weekend. Then the part when the electric went at the the hotel and the area. Obviously there is nothing you can do with a power cut , the hotel is not at fault. There was nothing you could do from about 9 onwards but go to bed.We were eating dinner at the time and spent £70...
