Wow! What an amazing hotel. We stayed in the Madagascar Penguin suite. It was stunning. Lovely comfortable beds with great fun decor. Seeing the giraffes, Zebras and ostriches out of the window in the morning was incredible. The chef made an excellent gluten free breakfast for us too. Can't wait to go back.

So we stayed two nights there, it was a birthday suprise for my fiancée. The room was fantastic….comfortable bed, beautiful view with giraffes , zebras…Just amazing. It was clean, and really nice. We loved to be in the room. I read a lot of bad comments on tripadvisor earlier about the dinner, breakfast services, but I thought, maybe it was...

We stay at the Chessington frequently as part of a business conference and are never disappointed. The rooms are so comfy and I could sleep for years on the beds! Very attentive staff and always enjoy my stay here.

The thing I love about this hotel is its proximity to the park. My gripe with the Alton towers hotels is the distance you have to travel from hotel to park - but not so here. We went for howl'o'ween and had a great time. With a young child in tow, it's so great to be out of the park...

Visited weekend of Halloween so expected it to be busy and it was! Hotel nicely themed, room nice although kids beds very small so wouldn't be good with kids over 12. Our children very excited for halloween and tried to join in the entertainment in the hotel on the Saturday night but it was aimed at very young children and...

Stayed for 2 nights in a Wanyama View family room during October half term so we could enjoy 2 days in the Theme Park. Great to be able to park right outside and arrived around 3pm so we could use the pool and splash area which are really good to play or relax, note they have sessions so book a...

Stayed here this Halloween for two nights and as expected, beautiful kiddy carnage....fancy dressers, children hyped and a really good vibe. Car parking adequate and reception staff suitably polite and helpful. We get to the room and it is pretty standard, no frills but good sized bed and having booked a room with separate sleeping for our 18month old we...

We booked two days in the theme park and one night in the Safari Hotel. We found the room which overlooked the nature reserve to be brilliant. We had a good experience with the restaurant/bar and really good fun in the swimming pools. Breakfast was very tasty and we found the baggage storage area really useful. The hotel and it's...

Stayed with my 12 year old daughter and some friends. We didn't have themed rooms so can't comment on these, however, the regular room we did have although spacious was quite bland. I opted for the family room with double bed and kids bunk beds, that's exactly what we got, no more, no less. Unfortunately, the shower was gross with...
