We stayed two nights in the Brent and whilst the staff were lovely, the room was not. We were put in a dingy box room right next to the front door. The bathroom door had a huge crack in it and the light for the bedroom was in the entrance hall which just made no sense!? We were told the...

Parking is limited, five spaces and one is reserved for the owner. The hotel has this funny smell that lingers through. Like a cooking smell. The interior is very old and the room looks like it's being assembled from furniture from a second hand shop. Dirty carpets, a random fridge freezer and tatty paint on the wall. Bathroom isn't clean,...

Our main reason for this stay was a concert in Wembley Arena, a short cab drive away. It is more of a B+B as a previous reviewer has stated. It is nonetheless clean, warm and comfortable. Bring your own toiletries, continental breakfast only but adequate with good coffee. We got lost after the show and the staff kindly organised a...

An elderly friend of ours car broke down just in front of hotel. Passers had to physically move it in front of their driveway to allow rush hour traffic to move. She sat and waited in car in cold for 3 hours for rac to come and tow away. Instead of offering any help the owner came and shouted at...

This was an unplanned trip so last minute booking as had availability. In my opinion this should not be classed as a Hotel as there is no bar or restaurant onsite and the breakfast offered is only continental. The twin room we had was so small we could only pass each other standing sideways. It is situated on a main...

We stayed here as there was parking and it is within walking distance of Wembley. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and I had no issues with noise at all. Breakfast was simple, but was fine for me and cooked breakfast is advertised if you want it. The staff were lovely and friendly. I...
