The usual high standards of a Premier Inn, comfortable room, no disturbances, friendly staff, great car parking and good location. From the time we arrived I couldn't fault the service and the rates are so reasonable.

Clean, comfortable and warm. Good location and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family although I would also recommend having breakfast at Sainsbury opposite. Better products, better cooked and a lot cheaper.

We stay here when we visit family locally. Always a friendly welcome at reception, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are quiet with no noise from other guests. Meals available at Brewer's Fayre next door. Excellent value for money.

The receptionist was welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was clean and had everything we needed. On going down to breakfast on the Sunday morning we were told that there could be a half an hour to an hour's wait, even though we had paid in advance. We were advised to help ourselves to tea or coffee and...

Ideal spot for visiting family and catching up with friends. Welcome was very friendly, corridor leading to the room was nice and bright, room was nice and clean and bathroom was lovely. It would have been nicer to have some hot chocolate on the tea tray and also some extra milk. There was 4 of us in the room -...

Great things: Lisa the receptionist is fantastic always sorts my room out every weeks for the past 6 weeks I've stayed here. The bed and room is comfortable and warm once you figure out the heater. Not so good things: The cleaner will change my towel on a Thursday the day before I leave. I have left them in the...

Had a brilliant stay here but don't bother with the Brewers Fayre next door it was very chaotic. The Premier Inn was very comfortable and clean, we would stay again. The bed was really comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

It was a typical Premier Inn. Good nights sleep, clean and comfortable.Receptionist was very welcoming. Just one downside was i had to ask for more tea bags, but that is of no issue and certainly wouldn't stop me going back.
