The location of this hotel was great for us. It was clean and comfortable. However it was cold on arrival as there was no heating on in the room. Considering it is near a supermarket this was not a problem and parking facilities were good.

Unusually for Premier Inn , the breakfast was a disappointment. Although the hotel was not busy , they ran out of hot items on the buffet , causing a wait . Also the selection of cold items ie pastries was far less than usual. It seemed as if the staff could not be bothered to top anything up . As...

We booked in Premier Inn at Portishead on our way to Cornwall. The reception desk was friendly and welcoming our room very clean with free wifi. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both good value for money. Well done Premier Inn a good value for money service.

This hotel is well placed near to the M5, a short distance from the Portishead Marina with its choice of decent restaurants. There's plenty of free parking, decent sized rooms, and a very comfortable bed. The sound proofing was reasonable and very little noise from outside. The shower was not that great, low pressure, and more of a fine sprinkling...

Another comfortable two night stay whilst in Portishead on business. Always a good night's sleep guaranteed in the very comfortable Premier Inn beds and all the amenities needed for a short stay. The location of this hotel is excellent - easily accessible from the M5 yet in walking distance of several nice restaurants in the marina area. My only moan...

Stayed here at the weekend with my mum. We arrived mid afternoon on Friday, we're greeted by a staff who was pleasant. Our room was a twin double and they'd kindly laid out the single sofa bed which when I'd seen the pictures prior to going didn't look too comfy but it was. The room was lovely, perfect for what...

Very pleasant welcome on arrival. Timi the receptionist was so efficient, and made us feel very welcome. Our room , a disabled accessible room was just perfect. In the new part of the building . A sparkling clean wet room, with all aids for a disabled person. A BIG bed, an armchair, big tv , and a lovely well stocked...

Portishead with its evocative musical associations was always going to attract us. We were not disappointed, although we had less time to look around the immediate area than we might have liked. The hotel is PI - great, no issues, comfy, lovely staff. Beefeater next door has mixed reviews. We had several breakfasts there which were all fine. Possibly not...
