The hotel is very well situated for Portishead town itself and also for the attractions of Bristol and Cleveden. Did not think much of cooked breakfast as it was buffet style and by 08.45 everything was passed its sell-by date (i.e. bacon like leather). Dinner was fine but it was a bit of a scramble to get your order in... More

Everything you come to expect from a Premier Inn, clean, comfortable rooms, polite & helpful staff at a decent price. Shame the evening food at the Brewers Fayre next door was just typical, mass produced and of average quality.

Stayed there whilst visiting family- good location- near supermarket shops etc- not far from Portishaed and Bristol- clean comfortable and secure- our adjoining rooms were a bit noisey- friendly helpful staff- good carpark. Will stay again when in the area.

I stayed here while on business in the area. I was greeted by Chloe when I arrived, she was really friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, big TV and I had a great night's sleep. I met Adrian the manager when I left the next morning, a lovely man, very friendly. The restaurant next door is... Ideally situated for all the carnival venues and guaranteeing a comfortable nights sleep after standing for several hours in the cold watching one of the best free shows in the country. All followed by an excellent breakfast. Who could ask for more from any hotel? We will certainly be visiting again next year

Stayed here for one night while attending dog shows in the area. Welcoming efficient reception staff, room spotless, bed as comfy as you would expect, nice big TV. You cannot fault any aspect, and surely these hotels have got to be the best value for money accommodation around. Would defiantly return.

I have been working in North Somerset for at least 12 months over last 2 years and have stayed at the Premier Inn at Portieshead and have had service second to none and staff treat you as one of the family and check in takes less than 3 minutes which is great after a long journey. Would advise anyone to... More

Premiere Inn excelled themselves with a warm welcome, a first class room, a good nights sleep and a superb all in breakfast. All staff did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Great value for money. Will stay again next time we head for the west country.

We booked in because we needed somewhere reasonably priced and a good location near a wedding we were attending. The hotel was brilliant, lovely room, very comfy bed, great breakfast, massively friendly staff. And a very good price to stay. Would definitely recommend.
