Before I live in UK, I used to stay in hotels like Ibis. Simple, clean and easy/efficient service. Premier inn is a similar company in UK. But, for families, It is slightly superior than ibis, because the bedrooms and bathrooms are bigger. I travel with my wife and 2 children and bedrooms are comfortable enough. I believe it is the...

We stayed here to break our journey to Cornwall, after calling in at Tyntesfield (National Trust house) which is only 5 miles away. The reception staff were friendly and helpful (especially Adrian) and it seemed very popular being almost full. We took advantage of the Meal Deal and ate at the Gordano Gate Brewers Fayre next door (separate review) and...

My daughter is a member of the Gymnastics Academy situated in Portishead and because she is an Elite gymnast this means she has to put in lots of hours of training. We travel 180 miles round trip 4 times a week and so this means we very often need a place to stay. We stay at Portishead Premier at least...

on arrival I was irritated to be allocated a room at the top of the stairs, with maximum people passing noise, when I was staying for 6 nights...the 1st receptionist insisted they were fully booked and no room change was possible....she just didn't seem to want to help or perhaps couldn't be bothered when I returned an hour later Tanya...

I stayed here recently with my husband as a half way point to Cornwall. We were greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist (Chloe) who honestly could not do more for us. As my husband has not long had an operation on his knee, he doesn't cope to well with stairs. She kindly moved us from upstairs into a gorgeous downstairs...

Although this hotel more or less in a trading estate it is still OK. They have sound proofed the rooms due to proximity of main road and it works. Didn't hear a thing. Staff courteous and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Everything you need for an overnight stay on route to the West Country

Checked in to this hotel as Cribs Causeway premier inn was full. Worth the stop over as its a clean and quiet hotel next to a super market and close to M5 junction for onward travel. Stayed with family so this place ticked the boxes having a place to eat next door. Got a good deal on price as its...

Highly recommended by a colleague, I stayed for a 2 week revision/exam course in Sept. Wasn't let down - superb. Have never written a trip advisor review before, but felt compelled to on this occasion. Friendly staff & welcoming atmosphere across the board: a home from home. Accessible location with the Marina and superstore nearby. Rooms were spotless each day,...

All good despite an Air Conditioning issue that could not be resolved at 02:15AM as the hotel was full and we could not be moved to another room. The Manager was spot on the next day offering a full refund and indeed a new room.

We have stayed here several times and it is an excellent position, walking distance, from the marina and all the restaurants there. We enjoyed the nearby sights of Tyntesfield (National Trust) and Clevedon. The rooms are consistently good and you know exactly what to expect. Breakfast is good in the adjacent pub but can't speak for dinner as we always...
