Stayed here for one night and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel has lovely spa facilities and a really well equipped spa/Jacuzzi. There is also a reasonably priced restaurant and the room was comfortable with a nice view.

We held my grandma's birthday meal in the Willow Room at the Norton Grange. From the organisation before hand, to start to finish during the meal it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered a personal service prior to the meal and were very attentive on the day. The room and table settings were beautiful and the food was absolutely...

Arrived at the hotel very late and was checked in efficiently and without any fuss by very pleasant and helpful reception staff. The hotel is undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme and my room was an upgraded room. I was not disappointed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well - the best nights sleep I have had for...

A pleasant setting. Hotel looks very impressive outside. There are a number of facilities, like a spa and Turkish bath, but at an additional cost. I was made to wait 10 minutes before checking in as one of the computers at reception failed. The room was pretty good, but could have been cleaner. Most of the facilities were there, including...

We booked a superior room which wasn't as spacious as expected however it was lovely, homely, clean and the bathroom was of good size. The staff were friendly, and the food in the restaurant was of good quality. The let down for us as we only stayed for 1 night was that we couldn't use the spa facilities after check...

Bed was so uncomfortable felt like I was rolling into the middle all night and had back pain in the morning! Unfortunately nobody at reception to speak to as we checked out. Breakfast was nice but average. The one redeeming feature was the swimming pool which was lovely.

Lovely hotel and great location. I had two nights, so I appreciated the walking nearby. The hotel is super clean, nice to see they clear the cigarette butts outside the front! Staff were great, food good, only one thing music in restaurant was a tad unnecessary, but it's a small detail, overall great experience.

Stopped one night here, reception are lovely and very accommodating, the grounds are picturesque and the spa area was lovely. £15 taxi ride into Manchester was well worth it as it's free parking and cheaper than the city centre hotels, I will definitely be returning!!

Proximity to our following working day was the main reason we choose to stay here, the pool and gym potentially being a great bonus, however we were very disappointed to visit the pool in the morning to find the spa-pool not switched on. We paid the small additional cost for the executive room, not entirely sure this was worth it...

Everything was perfect. The room was lovely and nicely decorated - everywhere was clean to a very high standard and the service was second to none. We were totally impressed. Well done particularly to the staff from reception to the bar - truly lovely and accommodating people. We would certainly recommend anyone to stay there. Thanks. Marylyn & Ged Wearden
