4th trip to Cuba in just over 2 years and I'm glad this trip to the Tryp Cayo Coco wasn't my first trip. Flight: Flew with Canjet for the first time and was quite impressed with the service and flight in general. When we arrived there was a huge lineup but within 20 minutes we were checked in. Seat assignment...

I am a 22 year old girl from toronto area and went here with my boyfriend and his odler siblings. The hotel room was very old looking inside, whereas I like to stay in clean and renovated hotels, but it didn't bother me, I am very laid back and when vactioning nothing can really bother me as long as the...

Anyway thank you very much for your very strange and late comments. We will be very happy to see you here again...

Thats fine if it is, but when you get too the bar and they haven't goy any drinks left to give to your guests because the staff have took them, thats not really nice. I dont have...

I did my research on many resorts and felt this was one of the best and plus I has a friend who has gone to Tryp 5 times and recommended it. My vacation was decent but not the greatest because I thought it would be so much better. I will start off with the positives. The beach is really nice...

This was our second trip to the TRYP CAO COCO, my wife and I and our 8 and 4 year old. We found the service okay, but the need to tip after awhile seriously becomes tiresome, bottom line if you want service you have to tip, people say it's not expected but it is, you can see the looks you...

Dear Guest, First off all thank you for your comments. Sincerely, it would have been very nice if you would have commented to me the inconveniences you were going through the same evening you met me. Actually I remeber that you asked me where the minidisco was due to the rain. Regarding the comments about the Cuban and Foreign Manager...

I was there with my family and my two kids really enjoyed it. Staff there and the management were excellent and friendly. Just the disadvantage I experienced was the language at times, other than that the employees were such a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel If my next trip is to Cayococo. Very...

This hotel is ideal for those wanting a relaxing holiday and not wanting to do much else off the complex. Positioned on the gorgeous white sands on Cayo Coco with crystal clear water, its a beach lovers holiday. “Search the internet, some people argue maids are tipped the most. We know we tip the maid everyday with either pesos or small gifts of pantyhose, school supplies, children's toys over the counter medicine and toiletries such as tooth paste etc. I know for a fact the maids do get a lot of stuff, but they also support their families. To Cubans, families are not just you children, siblings or parents. To Cubans family is super important and extends to all family; cousins, 2nd cousins, friends of siblings and so on. There family unit is so very different than we are used to in North America. Your tips/gifts go a long way down the line and not just the maid. If there is an issue with your room (we had 25 rooms book for our wedding this last trip) and a few had issue, but were quickly fixed or a new room was issued.”
