I made a reservation in December for a reservation in February. I got there in February only to find they messed up my reservation and put it for January. Luckily they had a room available for me anyway. The worst part about it was how it was handled by the front desk person. He charged my credit card for the...

The front desk was great! Did anything we asked, Free cooler, ice, umbrella, beach towels. Let us use towels and cooler even the day we left! The rooms are small. There is alot of noise outside but we were not there to sleep. we were up early to snorkel. Bradley stephens took out for the best all day snorkeling trip...

My husband and I arrived at this hotel after a very long day waiting to take the Fajardo ferry to Culebra, so just about any hotel would have met our needs/expectations. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk, where we received sympathy for our unfortunate ferry experience, but a few minutes after getting into the room, my husband found...

This place really fufilled everything we were in need of for the 3 days we were on the island. Not that we were in our rooms a whole lot but it was nice to have cable television at the end of the night. The rooms are extremely small and the room we had, had to be the worse room to...

We had just come from a couple days in Vieques and were a bit disappointed by the service and the people there (publico drivers, waiters, and our hotel staff). As soon as we arrived in Culebra, everyone was exceptionally friendlier. No one was more friendly than Ramon, the manager at Posada la Hamaca. He is more than eager to tell...

Went two years ago with a couple of friends. It was great, from the moment we made the reservation, the moment we arrived, stayed and left. The staff is very responsible and caring. They were always there to answer any questions we had or if any service was needed. The A/C made you feel like a penguin could come out...

Ramon is very nice, kind and wanted to make our stay as nice as possible. He succeeded quite well and we spent very good time in this place. The only bad point is that he tried to organise our travel to the airport for 6 am but the taximan never arrived....

While Posada la Hamaca suited our needs absolutely perfectly in terms of amenities and location, what stood out was the hospitality of the host, Ramone. Charming and helpful, he gave us advice on everything we needed, and when I stupidly left one of my bags behind, he went absolutely out of his way to have it flown to San Juan...

We love it!!! Very clean, a great place to kick back and releax. Location is great, walk to everything, dingy dock, Milka's, Mamatica's, Heather's Pizza, and the ferry dock. The ferry dock at sunset is beautiful. Ramon, the manager of the Posada was wonderful. Ramon was there all the time and very helpful. My husband even had his haircut there...

This was a return visit to Posada La Hamaca. My cousin and I had a wonderful time. The room was large and comfortable. The location is within walking distance of the ferry dock, and steps away from great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. It certainly isn't posh, but it is a good value. I would stay again and...
