I expected so much more based on the other reviews. The build up left me disappointed. The Staff did not seem to be very experienced with wedding events, in which they apparently specialize.
The parking is past the main entrance, up a steep hill, from...More

Dear JB Clark,
All of us at Chestnut Hill sincerely appreciate you taking the time to review the wedding products and services provided by our venue. However, much of your commentary describes services & goods provided by vendors other than ourselves. I would like to...More
My daughter chose this vendor for her wedding. It was an excellent choice. The B&B features a historical well appointed manor, well groomed grounds including a large patio, a columned area for ceremonies and a large tent.
We had an outdoor ceremony, hors d'oeuvres on...More

I don't even know to begin to describe our amazing experience that we had with Troy and Kathleen. Let's see, first off, the grounds are IMMACULATE and so is the inside of the house. Their customer service is top-notch. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite...More

I know that they have many weddings there... but I would not say it is secluded. It sits on a hill looking down to an intersection. It is however, very peaceful! There is horseback riding, vineyards, historical sights, and of course Monticello, (Thomas Jefferson's estate). It is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and if you go in November, you will see the tail end of the fall color spectrum. Definitely worth it!!!
