Stayed there for two nights and it was a great stay. Yes the the motel seems a little dated so what. The staff are really friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean. It had tv, air conditioner, microwave, a really big refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cutlery/crockery/glasses. It had ironing board and iron. Minimal storage space so you had to... More

We had a great two night stay here. Great location, close to beach and shops. Bargara has a nice feel with local shops and cafes. It has a nice bakery, second hand book shop, asian takeaway shop, cafes and bistros, fish n chips shops, bank and post office.... and all of these are close to this motel. All are within... More

I recently stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy with the experience. As noted in other posts this is a colourful place. The bungalow I stayed in had a comfortable double bed plus a 2 bunk bed. The room was clean and tidy, and included the usual range of cutlery and eating utensils plus a microwave. There is... More

I can't speak for the rest of the property/villas, but we just loved the Retro Villa at this motel. Very comfortable and homey. Just loved how it was decorated with a 50's/60's vibe. It obviously is an old motel that has been refurbed. Only worry was the toilet plumbing...I'll leave it at that. Would stay here again.

When I first saw this Motel I thought it looked hippie!! But on arrival was delighted with the colour palette, lovely gardens but best of all the most comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful, just one street back from the beach we really enjoyed two nights here. Delightful verandah to have breakfast on in the sun. Gotta love a colourful world.... More

We stayed here three nights when in Bargara for our friends wedding. The villa was clean and tidy. Decorated in quirky retro style with private courtyard. Everything we needed with beach and restaurants on the doorstep. Staff super Friendly and nothing to big an ask.

We stayed there for one night this week. Unfortunately we got the cabin with the wooden interior, which I found rather dinghy. The bathroom looked very shop-worne and would probably look more clean and attractive if the brown wood were painted in white or some beach shack colour. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location is central but one street... More

Our villa was cute. It had a nice little patio, and was a good size room. The bathroom was tiny but it had a nice hot shower. Bedding was a bit dusty and the pillows were a bit ordinary, but everything was otherwise clean and tidy. Staff were nice and very helpful.

A very old motel. Well located in town near restaraunts and hotel. Clean room. Very basic with small microwave. Only a block from waterfront. The car park is at rear and backs onto the Bargara golf course but is an outlying hole not near clubhouse.

We booked four days here as a base to see turtles at mon ripos and the rum factory. It was perfect for what we needed . Freshly renovated, kitchen appliances new and modern bed linen on comfortable bed. And the little pool was great for a refreshing swim. Would recommend and would go again if we explore more of this... More
