Went out to the pub lastnight for steak night, its a 35 minute trip each way. My partner and i both ordered a 400g rump medium rare with chips and salad. Food come out after 30 mins. My steak was seared raw, my missus was very rare. I did try to eat mine, the fat through the steak was still...

We spent the weekend in this town. We ate at Village hotel. Food was excellent. The meals were quite large. The atmosphere was great. We booked, but the night we went, there were plenty of spare tables.

Great night out for dinner. Thursday night special - soup, carvery roast meats & dessert. Delicious food and plenty of it. Self serve vegetable selection. Great to sit out on the deck - bit cool in the evening, depending where you sit. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Free parking available.

Decided to head here as have driven past many times but never stopped. on arrival i guess we had many expectations as have always heard very good things. There were no staff on hand to great us so we just went to a table & then asked if we could just sit anywhere after going to the bar to ask....

We had a great steak burger today, the steak was melt in your mouth. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was really good, there is a kids playground for the little ones. Plenty of parking available.

The hotel has nice breezy verandahs and a lovely restaurant, the steak was ok not what I'd call a great meal - for $38 (eye fillet) it wasn't good value, the only option with it was chips and salad no veg. My steak was over cooked but hubby's was nice and pink, the pizzas coming out of the kitchen did...

Pubs aren't in my "top 5" dine out choices. Usually noisy, with "pub" type foo, so the Woodford Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Yes it was quite noisy as it was very busy but the food was an unexpected surprise. I enjoyed the chicken stuffed with scallops dish which was cooked nicely and presented well It wan't a long wait...

The pub was very busy on the Sunday that we visited. The service was pleasant and the staff did warn about lunch delays but it took her an hour for our meal to be served. The food was a disappointment and so was the cigarette smoke that was allowed to be smoked in the eating area.

A great pub with good atmosphere on a Saturday nite. Good food and service. Motel rooms are old and dated. Overall though good value. If you're playing a round of golf at Woodford which is a great country golf course this is an ideal place to stop.

A lovely drive through the Hinterland - great on a bike - brings you to the Woodford Village Hotel! The meal choices are great - especially the Pizzas! Friendly and fast service! The Lemon, Lime and Bitters was prepared to perfection - the way it should be done!!!! The beer was very tasty as well! We ordered a Seafood Pizza...
