Stayed for the first time this year, for something different (we often stay elsewhere close by). Location is superb, beautiful river view. We had the 2 level studio apartment - spacious bedroom upstairs (with TV), and kitchen/dining/lounge, TV/bathroom downstairs. Apartment has everything you need. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Ample off street parking, and close to shops/access to attractions etc. Hosts were...

Hosts were warm & friendly. Apartment was clean & comfortable. Carol pointed out the odour inside was due to the previous guests cooking very spicy food. That odour lingered our whole visit. Septic tank a tad smelly. Breakfast goodies were super. The front verandah type seating was outdated. But overall a great place to stay. BUT be prepared to be...

What a discovery! I found this place online and my wife and I were so happy with our Pastimes Riverfront Apartment. The view is beautiful and when they say breakfast is included they should also say morning & afternoon tea as well. The catering is bountiful!

Lovely place to stay right on the river, could do with a little updating but was still comfortable, Carol was very helpful and supplied a lovely breakfast with cereals, muffins, fruit, variety of jams etc.

With a generous fresh continental breakfast including cereals and pod coffee along with the usual tea and coffee facilities for all guests. There is also a kitchen with sitting area, TV in...

This is a small B and B just north of Launceston, on the left bank of the river. Our hostess was very welcoming, and the flat we stayed in was very large, queen size bed in one room, twins in another, with a separate lounge area, then the kitchen dining area. Huge continental breakfast included.

Well appointed budget accommodation in semi rural locality with views of Tamar River. Rate includes continental breakfast with enough provided to feed a army. Good base to explore the Tamar Valley and approximately 15 km fro Launceston.

My wife and I stayed in the two bedroom unit for two nights in October 2015. The hosts Carol & Grant are friendly honest genuine couple. It was like staying in your home away from home, with the added bonus of the stunning views of the Tamar River and hills directly out the front of your big lounge & dining...

We had a comfortable stay. The owner was extremely hospitable, helpful and friendly. The price is very good. Good location. Excellent wifi. Could improve the the dvd range but that is being picky. The kitchen was small i had hoped for an oven but we worked It out. Would have been nice to have eggs provided. The sofa bed was...
