We usually stay at this hotel whenever we are working in Melbourne. It is so comfortable with good furnishings and the rooms have plenty of space to work or relax. It is convenient to the cafe/dining area and does not have the hassle of waiting for lifts or crowds (even when it is busy). There is absolutely no noise from...

Stayed here again simply because its near our office. Rooms are large but a bit cold and couldn't locate any temperature settings to adjust. Bed is fine. Didnt eat there this time but food can be ordinary to quite good. Breakfast is spartan. Worst thing this time is wifi connected to both my phone and laptop but no actual internet...

The rooms are spacious and well laid out. They are in need of an update, (and that is underway). The restaurant is good value and has great meals. Staff are pleasant and check in is easy. Plenty of car parking available.

3 nights at the hotel, not much time spent there thank goodness! The hotel decor was quite dated, but on first glimpse of our room it appeared to be spacious warm and clean. Things went down from there, we booked in for dinner the first night and they were very busy, we waited for well over half an hour to...

We stayed at this hotel recently and on the whole you could say it was ok. A dated hotel a bit stuck in the 80's. Staff were attentive. Hotel restaurant served standard hotel level food. I would have been quite content with the hotel being that it was quite cheap $165/night except I was very upset to find dirt/grime on...

Good location on a service road off the main highway. Friendly check in staff. The underground car park looked as though it was a storage area for all the old furniture and junk from the hotel and was quite dirty. The access to the hotel rooms from the car park is via a stair well and the same rubbish was...

A great one night stay. Large clean and comfortable room, great staff and free wi-fi. On site restaurant and bar. Room service is also available. This was a last minute business trip and the hotel is close to a pub and local eateries. Will definitely return when staying in Mitcham.

To be fair the rooms are a great size, fairly clean and there is plenty of undercover parking on site. That's about all the good feedback I can give. The decor is outdated and looks like it had a refurb in the early 1990's. The restaurant, has artificial plants that are that dusty the dust drops into the breakfast buffet...

I knew this was an older hotel and wasn't expecting too much, but the location was close to where I needed to be. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes - it needs a bit of TLC with the paintwork and decor but our room was clean, quite large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was...

A person wouldn't expect too much from a suburban hotel & this hotel is no exception. Had I remembered my one stay there a few years ago I may've looked elsewhere but it's not that bad. The rooms are fine & reasonably spacious. The wifi was choppy, the food ordinary especially the buffet breakfast that had little selection & some...
