We have stayed here for a one night stay over the last 3 years after attending a function. We had an executive suite although it sounds good it was a pretty average room. The rooms are a good size. The couch in our room was quite grubby, there was a small hole in the wall. We were in room 217,...

I stayed two nights here in the December the week before Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is getting a little tired and needs an upgrade. the rooms are all on the perimeter of the restaurant which is interesting. Not that great when there are Christmas functions going on outside your room and you are...

Stayed one night and caught up with Melbourne friends for breakfast. Great breakfast buffet. The room we stayed in was a good size and clean. The only problem we had was that the shower was over the bath and quite a high step up into the bath. Staff are very friendly too.

This a good clean modest hotel, friendly staff 100% helpfull, quiet dining area good food generous portions and rooms that open out onto the dining area. Bouquets out of the way if you stay there request an up stairs room and avoid the breakfast noise on the ground floor also some guests leave a 4 am for some reason and...

The Quality Hotel Manor is a small hotel in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. It is of modest appearance with no outward feature that draws the eye. Where it scores is in its good-sized, clean comfortable rooms available at a moderate tariff. My only reservation about the room was that the shower was over the bath - I prefer walk-in showers. Free...

We often stay here, when we have family events this side of Melbourne. We usually stay in room 203, it can be set up for a trundle bed (with two doubles, making it a 5-person room - max capacity). I wish there were lifts however, travelling with 3 kids & infant up stairs can be tricky with luggage. Undercover parking...

This place needs a facelift very badly. Dinner at Natalie's on site was 4/10. Buffet breakfast was truly horrendous. Cold and old! Place has potential but is tired and in desperate need of some investment. This is a $100 max per room venue. I stay in hotels all over melb. This was pretty awful.

The rooms where Pre-booked by a family member for out visit to the area. Well we was very disappointed in the rooms. The room was so old looking and need a lot of work to be done to bring it up to a good standard. In the bathroom the figures where upgrade but the old fittings was only filled in...

Comfortable bed in a average room. Location was good as we did not have to travel far. Buffett breakfast was good and hot with a good selection. Undeground covered parking. Will stay here again in July

My wife and I stayed here double room. Staff at reception were very good. Room old and dated. bed comfortable. Resturant good food carpet worn and needs replacing. Stair well from car park to reception was very dirty and needed a good clean. But for $155 including Buffett breakfast it was good value
