We stayed here in 2008 where we were students and there are 4 of us. All girls and its almosy end of winter. We enjoyed our stay here with few issues which i will elaborate further. A great 2 storey apartment where me n the girls are extremely excited to stay in.. the kitchen is well equipped. Everything works well.....

Never staying here again! Found a USED condom and an old pair of male undies just slightly under the bed! Reaching under to grab my charger i dropped, my hand landed straight onto it! And then next i walk into the bathroom and theres a condom wrapper! I highly doubt the room was even cleaned from the previous people how...

Having stayed at the Lamplight motel a few years ago we knew it' was not a 4 star property but with 4 kids we decided to try one of the Lamplight Apartments near the corners of Dandenong and Warrigul Rds in the hope this would be of a better standard. Alas no so be warned........ The apartment is more of...

We had booked for seven nights. However upon arrival we found the apartment to be filthy - cockroaches, the last occupant's hairbands and pins, crumbs on the couches and stains on the floors, walls and furniture. Our ten months old crawled on the floor for less than five minutes and was covered in filth. The place hadn't been properly cleaned...

Just stayed at the apartments on Warrigal Road over the Australia Day long weekend as part of a group. The apartments are pretty run down - ceiling damage from water leaks from the upstairs bathroom, numerous marks on the walls, broken floor tiles in the kitchen and carpet in poor state of repair. The apartment needed a good clean including...

We were seven people staying for 7 nights over christmas time. We were looking for an appartment with 4 bedrooms. Would have been nice with the arrangement of the rooms if the place wouldn't have been so terrible dirty and extremly run down. We had cockroaches and to use the kitchen was to nasty so we had to go for...

We had 2 nights in a 4BR apartment at Lamplighter last weekend. We were a group of 8-in town for a race meeting-so all we needed was somewhere to sleep. The apartment is a bit run down-but clean and comfortable. The beds (2 doubles/4 singles) were comfy-with good linen and extra pillows and blankets provided. Kitchen had the basics and...

Would not recommend, 3 bedroom apartment was very dirty and clearly has not been properly cleaned or throughly cleansed in a long time - which fits with others reviews. Wish i'd read reviews before i booked, as stay hear was awful. It seems that the details of keeping accommodation up to standard have been consistantly oveverlooked by hotel management as...

Stayed in room 22 on the bottom floor. This is a reasonable motel, it badly needs a refit but it is clean and does feel clean. Reception staff member was courteous and helpfull. They have a dining room but don't seem to want to open it at night which was no drama for us as there is a club called Leighoak...
