Thankfully, I didn't actually stay here. Yet still had to call several times for days after my cancelled reservation. Each time management assuring me that the mistaken charge would be corrected. After two months of waiting for the credit, I just called my credit card company to remove the charge. Horrible!

What can I say...... This place is horrible! I guess you get what you pay for. The front desk is rude, there isn't any smoke detectors in the rooms, there is a mildew, smokish smell.... We have some disabled family members here and there is no handicap friendly rooms. And the best the manager can say is: if you don't...

What can i say ....This customer wants free room and that is not what we offer .We took over this hotel in two months ago and working very hard every single day to make this hotel what it should be .This lady is not even a customer of the hotel .All family members out of 6 of their rooms understand...

I was looking for and expecting a low budget hotel. But this was falling apart. Chunks of the wall missing behind door, couch legs missing, shower bar fell off, dried puke on floor, closet door missing. Bed seemed clean and I was to tired to go somewhere else but I should have. I was traveling to NC from NY on I-85 over the 4th of July weekend and after a long day of driving, I thought I was booking a hotel in South Hill, VA on Hotels.com but accidentally booked this hotel in South Boston, VA which was an hour to west and totally out of the way!! My reservation on Hotels.com...

My stay was warm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way possible to achieve excellence in my stay. The roos were older but they are in the process of remodeling the hotel. And become a quality inn. Looking forward to seeing the results

The room was big, bed OK the flat screen TV was a nice touch bathroom very clean..I was surprised with the good condition for such a low price...needed a room and every where was sold out..but I'm glad I found this place...I would recommend for a economy stay.

I went to buy a real estate property near the hotel. The owner and staff are very friendly and went out of their way and tried to help me. The rooms are kept clean and customer service is excellent. The hotel has excellent and free WIFI. The owner is hardworking and offered me lot of tips. I will stay only...

Filthy room, dirty stairways, obviously permanent residents, bugs in the room, etc. My friend and I tried to stay here on a motorcycle trip when we hit rain. Stayed at the South Boston Inn and Motel on August 7, 2015. This is not a fancy snooty motel. It is a very very friendly, clean and the staff are most accommodating and friendly. We walked in and out. Bugs everywhere, drity sheets, poor service, just nasty.. never recommended to anybody. Worse place I've ever been. They need to be turned in. I just can't believe a place like this even exist.
