our room was very clean, the staff was quite hospitable, the bed was comfortable, they put on a nice breakfast with a good selection, the rate was a fair price, and I appreciate that they are pet-friendly.

I was hesitant to try another Quality Inn after staying at an inferior property in another state but, after reading the reviews, I booked a room for a stopover on the way to PA. Although our room had access only from the outside, I felt completely safe. The room was clean and comfortable with updated electronics and strong wifi. The...

Clean hotel at a fair price. Extremely comfortable bed with above average bathroom. Quiet even though a lot of area utility workers were there. Unfortunately there is road construction that causes you to go two blocks around to get across intersection. Not the hotel's fault. Cracker barrel next door

Just passing through the area at night so we didn't have reservations. The hotel was clean and quiet. When my husband checked in they gave him all the discounts available. It was hard to get to with all the road construction but I would stay here again.

Stayed here on way through town and loved it. Added it to my "favorite" list. Room was very clean, bathroom was spotless. Got a good nights sleep, bed wasn't as soft as I personally like them but I slept great. Woman at front counter in the evening was super helpful to me and was just a nice lady. Had breakfast in...

My family and I have stayed at this hotel over 5 times now, we stay while visiting my Grandparents. We have never been disappointed! My dad always requests to stay in the Annex. (Which the rooms enter from the inside). The rooms have always been very clean, and the bed are comfortable. My dad actually asked the front desk where...

We stayed here one night on our way home from a Virginia Tech football game. It was late when we arrived and the woman at the front desk did everything she could to expedite our check in because she knew we were tired. The hotel is two buildings. We were in the other building. Our room was large and comfortable...

This is the second time I've stayed at the Quality Inn Troutville on a trip down south. It is a budget motel with no interior corridors, so all access to the rooms is from the outside. It is kept clean and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast is nice. It can be a little noisy and you do hear...

Thank you for the additional comments. We do have two building. One with exterior entrances and the second is a secure building with interior hallways. The building with interior hallways is not pet friendly and has no smoking rooms. If you wish, maybe next time you can check out that building. I hope the rest of your travels went well...

Very comfortable beds and pillows, appeared to be new. The hotel itself was lacking in appearance and confusing with the two buildings and no signs indicating where the office is located. The parking lot was not well lit either. I killed a couple of bugs during our stay and was worried so my sleep was affected. The front desk person...

My stay at the Quality Inn located in Troutville VA was outstanding. The staff were so people focused and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any need requested. The room was very clean, spacious and accommodating. I felt like I was truly part of the Quality Inn family. Also, something for the bikers that might travel the...
