Beware, my stay at this hotel was horrible the room was terrible and they do not provide comforters on the bed, they provide a thin blanket which they did not even have they gave me an extra top sheet. The staff was nice, but the hotel was not! The outlets were burned out, the dresser was missing drawers and the walls and door frame was nasty. I was informed my room was nonrefundable. If you can find somewhere else to stay for the love of God go somewhere else!
I was bringing my daughter back to college & we just needed one night at a Hotel. First of all it was not a hotel, it is a motel! The room smelled like weed as soon as we walked in! When you initially look around it seemed ok, so we decided to stay. Then as I examined closer it just was not really clean! I would never come here again! It was just gross!
Do not - I repeat - do not stay here! For some reason I saw decent reviews of this place and needed a place for my friend and I to stay for one night. The first red flag was the guy in a wheelchair who yelled at my friend in the lobby when she tried to open the door for her. My guess is that he is a homeless resident of the hotel. Then the front desk staff acted like they were doing us a favor by having switched our reservation from a smoking room, which I booked accidentally, to a nonsmoking room. So when we entered our room and there was no deadbolt on the door, which opened into a courtyard, I didn't want to ask to switch the room again. We put a chair in front of the door overnight. Also, the nonsmoking room smelled of smoke, the smoke alarm was almost hanging off the wall, and there was poop on the toilet seat. Multiple attempts to reach the hotel manager have been unsuccessful, with emails bouncing back and managers never at the hotel. I am almost tempted to cancel the charges on my credit card. Oh yes, and I heard noises at night like there were mice or rats in the room. Avoid!…
My sister, her boyfriend, and my grandparents stayed there because my house was full so I booked them on July 31st to be there for a few day. First they lost the reservation for one of our two rooms and it took a whole day to fix. Then, there was no clean towels. They had no cleaning done to their room their entire stay which is just gross. Lastly it was a problem and an inconvenience to the person we asked for clean towels who was cleaning other rooms (but said theirs wasn’t on the list). Your money would be well spent elsewhere. They left a night earlier than planned because it was just so not worth a stay.
Our room didn’t have a comforter. I let the front desk know 3 times but never received a blanket. We slept on two sheets the whole stay. I read the poor reviews and took a chance but paid for it in the end. Also, room smelled like weed the even though it was non smoking. Ice machine broken, pool closed and breakfast not served due to covid the staff said. Honestly, I don’t think it’s their fault. They are definitely working at a hotel running on the bare minimum. Also, the area was pretty sketchy but the hotel cannot control that.
We will NEVER stay here again. It was awful. The room smelled horrible, there was blood splatter on the curtain, 2 of three drawers in the dresser were missing. There were young men sitting all on the steps smoking marijuana. The pool was green. The person at the front desk was very nice. When we checked out I told the person at the desk that we were not satisfied with the room and she said she would tell management. AC worked well and location was convenient. That is all the positive comments I can make. If you like a clean room, do not stay here.
I asked for privacy (Grade-5). I asked for Nonsmoking (Grade-1). Condition of furniture-rust under microwave (Grade-1). So I changed rooms..complete turnaround (Grade-5). BUT my key would not work requiring MULTIPLE trips to get replacements (grade-2). So after I settled in, it was average, BUT it took my assertiveness to get there. I should not have had to see rust under ANY circumstances. Silence in the hotel business is considered complacency. Staff should report up & make mgmt look good. Mgmt should make condition reporting a normalcy so they CAN look good.
To start off the place smells awful. When we got into the room our beds had no sheets, toilet paper, and had a used needle on the floor. The staff were rude and after we made our complaints they made us check out of the hotel
This hotel is horrid and the customer service is even worse. My room was not ready until 530pm still charged full price. No garbage can in the room dresser falling apart shower head just hanging out of the wall
not non smoking, money wasn't removed from card until arrival, not clean, cigarette stuck inside sink and sink clogged and all doors wouldn't lock, staff arguing with someone named Art about food delivery, staff had on pajamas. Why did I pay $104
