I came here for work and it was a great experience. Dana at check in was great! The hotel also was thoughtful on customer service..The rooms are clean and have all the necessities. I would recommend for work for service and location.
Our extended family rented 5 rooms for 2 nights to house our out-of-state relatives attending a family funeral. The rooms were all clean, quiet and comfortable. The best feature of the hotel however was the quality of service provided by their staff. Outstanding performance by everyone! We wanted to be able to gather in a common area after the funeral. They were so accommodating. They let us use a corner of the lobby. We are all very appreciative of their kindness and understanding. Special thanks to Carlos Clarke, Front Desk Mgr. who promptly corrected a billing error. He was able to correct a complicated error quickly and expertly. Kudos to him!
Great customer service, military friendly. I have to stay here for 3 months because I am TDY, and my room is always clean. Ms. Patricia Hollowell is the one that cleans my room, and she always does an outstanding job. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something classy, but at the same time affordable. 10/10
Hotel presentation/appearance was neat and clean—Guest Service Staff was professional-friendly welcoming and inviting—Stacey B (Restaurant Manager)-Wonderful Personality—Connects with guest—She is just Darling & Sweet! Kudos
Our rooms were not clean for 3 day days. I requested for ours to be clean daily and it didn’t happened, I even emailed Manager on Sunday morning to insure that it got done at no vail. We had breakfast food and trash piling up every day, dirty and wet towels, when we came back to the room, we had to deal with food flies. No new towels nor shampoo and conditioners. On Saturday morning the cleaning crew told us that we had to stay at least 3 nights before they could clean our rooms.
Thought it would be convenient to eat here for a quick and easy breakfast before heading out. Belgian Waffles tasted like toaster pop-ups served not even warm enough to melt butter. Turkey sausage was shriveled and overcooked and served at room temperature. Think everything may have been sitting for awhile. The self serve fruit consisted of some sad blueberries and chunks of unappetizing oranges. The only plus was the self served coffee was hot and the juice was chilled well. Pricey breakfast for coffee and juice! Our room was comfortable and clean, but nothing special. .For a $300/night room, I'll try someplace else next time.
Qubanic, Stacy B, Darius(chef), Carlos Clark and Deepa are great people and very kind/helpful. I had a excellent stay and a lot of that was due to these people and their excellent service. Thank you for making my experience so nice. It was much appreciated.
I’ll stay at this Hilton again, but I expect better. I was disappointed by 1) Dying battery in door lock after getting two sets of replacement keys to try to open my door; 2.) shower not fully shut off; continued to drip throughout; management notified and scheduled check/return air; tub appeared dirty; 3.). Vacuuming incomplete. Note: maintenance came quickly to replace battery after I realized what was going on and notified front desk. Competent and amiable young man. I suspect shortage of staff due to COVID-19 and effect on hospitality industry.
Carlos Clark, front desk manager was not helpful or responsive. He emailed to hear my concerns but never address those concerns or emailed me back. It was 5 staff members on the email. No one called or emailed me back. Terrible service.
Intended to stay multiple days but cancelled after one night. They were fine with this and didn't cause any problems hence 2 stars not 1. Noticed an air purifier in the room and then found the black mold on the curtain by the AC. Stains on the furniture and marks on the walls, this room badly needed work done on it and they shouldn't be letting guests stay in it. Spend some money and maintain your property Hilton
