We stayed at the Lake Leake Inn for a couple of nights recently in a double room. Room was very and the pub and surrounds are great to walk around especially the lake. Good meals in the pub especially the kangaroo meatballs.
We called in for lunch - the fire was alight, the people friendly and welcoming. Food was good, plain pub meals , but everyone was happy with the service and food. This Inn is near Lake Leak, a trout fishing lake near Campbelltown. The area...More
We were camping in the camp grounds near the lake and walked up to the Inn for lunch. The atmosphere was great, staff very friendly and the food was well cooked pub food at very modest prices, the steaks were superb! Will definitely return.

I do not know of any boat hire at Lake Leake although if you phoned the Lake Leake Inn, they would be in the best position to have local knowledge. It would probably be far too cold for boating at this time of the year at Lake Leake, but at the Inn you can get a real Australian pub meal with genuine Australian bush ambience. In summer, the lake is suitable for kayaking but I do not know personally of any commercial boat hiring places there.
